20.111.وَعَنَتِ الْوُجُوهُ لِلْحَيِّ الْقَيُّومِ وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنْ حَمَلَ ظُلْماً

20.111 . And faces humble themselves before the Living , the Eternal . And he who beareth ( a burden of ) wrongdoing is indeed a failure ( on that Day ) .

20.111. WaAAanati alwujoohu lilhayyi alqayyoomi waqad khaba man hamala thulman

20.111. Los rostros se humillarán ante el Viviente, el Subsistente. Quien se haya cargado de impiedad, sufrirá una decepción

20.112.وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَا يَخَافُ ظُلْماً وَلَا هَضْماً

20.112 . And he who hath done some good works , being a believer , he feareth not injustice nor begrudging ( of his wage ) .

20.112. Waman yaAAmal mina alssalihati wahuwa mu/minun fala yakhafu thulman wala hadman

20.112. Quien, en cambio, obra bien, siendo creyente, no tiene por qué temer injusticia ni opresión.

20.113.وَكَذَلِكَ أَنزَلْنَاهُ قُرْآناً عَرَبِيّاً وَصَرَّفْنَا فِيهِ مِنَ الْوَعِيدِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ أَوْ يُحْدِثُ لَهُمْ ذِكْراً

20.113 . Thus We have revealed it as a Lecture in Arabic , and have displayed therein certain threats , that peradventure they may keep from evil or that it may cause them to take heed .

20.113. Wakathalika anzalnahu qur-anan AAarabiyyan wasarrafna feehi mina alwaAAeedi laAAallahum yattaqoona aw yuhdithu lahum thikran

20.113. Así la hemos revelado como Corán árabe. Hemos expuesto en él amenazas. Quizás, así, Nos teman o les sirva de amonestación.

20.114.فَتَعَالَى اللَّهُ الْمَلِكُ الْحَقُّ وَلَا تَعْجَلْ بِالْقُرْآنِ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يُقْضَى إِلَيْكَ وَحْيُهُ وَقُل رَّبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْماً

20.114 . Then exalted be Allah , the True King! And hasten not ( O Muhammad ) with the Quran ere its revelation hath been perfected unto thee , and say : My Lord! Increase me in knowledge .

20.114. FataAAala Allahu almaliku alhaqqu wala taAAjal bialqur-ani min qabli an yuqda ilayka wahyuhu waqul rabbi zidnee AAilman

20.114. " ¡Exaltado sea Alá, el Rey verdadero! ¡No te precipites en la Recitación antes de que te sea revelada por entero! Y di: ""¡Señor! ¡Aumenta mi ciencia!"" "

20.115.وَلَقَدْ عَهِدْنَا إِلَى آدَمَ مِن قَبْلُ فَنَسِيَ وَلَمْ نَجِدْ لَهُ عَزْماً

20.115 . And verily We made a covenant of old with Adam , but he forgot , and We found no constancy in him .

20.115. Walaqad AAahidna ila adama min qablu fanasiya walam najid lahu AAazman

20.115. Habíamos concertado antes una alianza con Adán, pero olvidó y no vimos en él resolución.
