21.1.اقْتَرَبَ لِلنَّاسِ حِسَابُهُمْ وَهُمْ فِي غَفْلَةٍ مَّعْرِضُونَ

21.1 . Their reckoning draweth nigh for mankind , while they turn away in heedlessness .

21.1. Iqtaraba lilnnasi hisabuhum wahum fee ghaflatin muAAridoona

21.1. Se acerca el momento en que los hombres deban rendir cuentas, pero ellos, despreocupados, se desvían.

21.2.مَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍ مَّن رَّبِّهِم مُّحْدَثٍ إِلَّا اسْتَمَعُوهُ وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ

21.2 . Never cometh there unto them a new reminder from their Lord but they listen to it while they play .

21.2. Ma ya/teehim min thikrin min rabbihim muhdathin illa istamaAAoohu wahum yalAAaboona

21.2. Cuando reciben una nueva amonestación de su Señor, la escuchan sin tomarla en serio,

21.3.لَاهِيَةً قُلُوبُهُمْ وَأَسَرُّواْ النَّجْوَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ هَلْ هَذَا إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُكُمْ أَفَتَأْتُونَ السِّحْرَ وَأَنتُمْ تُبْصِرُونَ

21.3 . With hearts preoccupied . And they confer in secret The wrong doers say : Is this other than a mortal like you? Will ye then succumb to magic when ye see ( it ) ?

21.3. Lahiyatan quloobuhum waasarroo alnnajwa allatheena thalamoo hal hatha illa basharun mithlukum afata/toona alssihra waantum tubsiroona

21.3. " divertidos sus corazones. Los impíos cuchichean entre sí: ""¿No es éste sino un mortal como vosotros? ¿Cederéis a la magia a sabiendas?"" "

21.4.قَالَ رَبِّي يَعْلَمُ الْقَوْلَ فِي السَّمَاء وَالأَرْضِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

21.4 . He saith : My Lord knoweth what is spoken in the heaven and the earth . He is the Hearer , the Knower .

21.4. Qala rabbee yaAAlamu alqawla fee alssama-i waal-ardi wahuwa alssameeAAu alAAaleemu

21.4. " Dice: ""Mi Señor sabe lo que se dice en el cielo y en la tierra. Él es Quien todo lo oye, Quien todo lo sabe"". "

21.5.بَلْ قَالُواْ أَضْغَاثُ أَحْلاَمٍ بَلِ افْتَرَاهُ بَلْ هُوَ شَاعِرٌ فَلْيَأْتِنَا بِآيَةٍ كَمَا أُرْسِلَ الأَوَّلُونَ

21.5 . Nay , say they , ( these are but ) muddled dreams ; nay , he hath but invented it ; nay , he is but a poet . Let him bring us a portent even as those of old ( who were God ' s messengers ) were sent ( with portents ) .

21.5. Bal qaloo adghathu ahlamin bali iftarahu bal huwa shaAAirun falya/tina bi-ayatin kama orsila al-awwaloona

21.5. " Ellos, en cambio, dicen: ""¡Amasijo de sueños! ¡No! ¡Él lo ha inventado! ¡No! Es un poeta! ¡Que nos traiga un signo como los antiguos enviados!"" "
