21.6.مَا آمَنَتْ قَبْلَهُم مِّن قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَفَهُمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ

21.6 . Not a township believed of those which We destroyed before them ( though We sent them portents ) : would they then believe?

21.6. Ma amanat qablahum min qaryatin ahlaknaha afahum yu/minoona

21.6. Antes de ellos, ninguna de las ciudades que destruimos creía. Y éstos ¿van a creer?

21.7.وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ إِلاَّ رِجَالاً نُّوحِي إِلَيْهِمْ فَاسْأَلُواْ أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِن كُنتُمْ لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ

21.7 . And We sent not ( as Our messengers ) before thee other than men whom We inspired . Ask the followers of the Reminder if ye know not?

21.7. Wama arsalna qablaka illa rijalan noohee ilayhim fais-aloo ahla alththikri in kuntum la taAAlamoona

21.7. Antes de ti, no enviamos sino a hombres a los que hicimos revelaciones. Si no lo sabéis, ¡preguntad a la gente de la Amonestación!

21.8.وَمَا جَعَلْنَاهُمْ جَسَداً لَّا يَأْكُلُونَ الطَّعَامَ وَمَا كَانُوا خَالِدِينَ

21.8 . We gave them not bodies that would not eat food , nor were they immortals .

21.8. Wama jaAAalnahum jasadan la ya/kuloona alttaAAama wama kanoo khalideena

21.8. No les dimos un cuerpo que no necesitara alimentarse. Y no eran inmortales.

21.9.ثُمَّ صَدَقْنَاهُمُ الْوَعْدَ فَأَنجَيْنَاهُمْ وَمَن نَّشَاء وَأَهْلَكْنَا الْمُسْرِفِينَ

21.9 . Then We fulfilled the promise unto them . So We delivered them and whom We would , and We destroyed the prodigals .

21.9. Thumma sadaqnahumu alwaAAda faanjaynahum waman nashao waahlakna almusrifeena

21.9. Cumplimos la promesa que les hicimos y les salvamos, igual que a otros a quienes Nosotros quisimos salvar, mientras que hicimos perecer a los inmoderados.

21.10.لَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ كِتَاباً فِيهِ ذِكْرُكُمْ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ

21.10 . Now We have revealed unto you a Scripture wherein is your Reminder . Have ye then no sense?

21.10. Laqad anzalna ilaykum kitaban feehi thikrukum afala taAAqiloona

21.10. Os hemos revelado una Escritura en que se os amonesta. ¿Es que no comprendéis?
