6.31.قَدْ خَسِرَ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِلِقَاء اللّهِ حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءتْهُمُ السَّاعَةُ بَغْتَةً قَالُواْ يَا حَسْرَتَنَا عَلَى مَا فَرَّطْنَا فِيهَا وَهُمْ يَحْمِلُونَ أَوْزَارَهُمْ عَلَى ظُهُورِهِمْ أَلاَ سَاء مَا يَزِرُونَ

6.31 . They indeed are losers who deny their meeting with Allah until , when the hour cometh on them suddenly , they cry : Alas for us , that we neglected it! They bear upon their back their burdens . Ah , evil is that which they bear!

6.31. Qad khasira allatheena kaththaboo biliqa-i Allahi hatta itha jaat-humu alssaAAatu baghtatan qaloo ya hasratana AAala ma farratna feeha wahum yahmiloona awzarahum AAala thuhoorihim ala saa ma yaziroona

6.31. " Perderán quienes hayan desmentido el encuentro de Alá. Cuando, al fin, de repente, les venga la Hora, dirán: ""¡Ay de nosotros, que nos descuidamos!"" Y llevarán su carga a la espalda. ¿No es carga mala la que llevan? "

6.32.وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلاَّ لَعِبٌ وَلَهْوٌ وَلَلدَّارُ الآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لِّلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ أَفَلاَ تَعْقِلُونَ

6.32 . Naught is the life of the world save a pastime and a sport . Better far is the abode of the Hereafter for those who keep their duty ( to Allah ) . Have ye then no sense?

6.32. Wama alhayatu alddunya illa laAAibun walahwun walalddaru al-akhirati khayrun lillatheena yattaqoona afala taAAqiloona

6.32. La vida de acá no es sino juego y distracción. Sí, la Morada Postrera es mejor para quienes temen a Alá. ¿Es que no razonáis...?

6.33.قَدْ نَعْلَمُ إِنَّهُ لَيَحْزُنُكَ الَّذِي يَقُولُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ لاَ يُكَذِّبُونَكَ وَلَكِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ يَجْحَدُونَ

6.33 . We know well how their talk grieveth thee , though in truth they deny not thee ( Muhammad ) but evil-doers flout the revelations of Allah .

6.33. Qad naAAlamu innahu layahzunuka allathee yaqooloona fa-innahum la yukaththiboonaka walakinna alththalimeena bi-ayati Allahi yajhadoona

6.33. Ya sabemos que lo que dicen te entristece. No es a ti a quien desmienten, sino que, más bien, lo que los impíos rechazan son los signos de Alá.

6.34.وَلَقَدْ كُذِّبَتْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَصَبَرُواْ عَلَى مَا كُذِّبُواْ وَأُوذُواْ حَتَّى أَتَاهُمْ نَصْرُنَا وَلاَ مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَاتِ اللّهِ وَلَقدْ جَاءكَ مِن نَّبَإِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ

6.34 . Messengers indeed have been denied before thee , and they were patient under the denial and the persecution till Our succour reached them . There is none to alter the decisions of Allah . Already there hath reached thee ( somewhat ) of the tidings of the messengers ( We sent before ) .

6.34. Walaqad kuththibat rusulun min qablika fasabaroo AAala ma kuththiboo waoothoo hatta atahum nasruna wala mubaddila likalimati Allahi walaqad jaaka min naba-i almursaleena

6.34. También fueron desmentidos antes de ti otros enviados, pero sufrieron con paciencia ese mentís y vejación hasta que les llegó Nuestro auxilio. No hay quien pueda cambiar las palabras de Alá. Tú mismo has oído algo acerca de los enviados.

6.35.وَإِن كَانَ كَبُرَ عَلَيْكَ إِعْرَاضُهُمْ فَإِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَن تَبْتَغِيَ نَفَقاً فِي الأَرْضِ أَوْ سُلَّماً فِي السَّمَاء فَتَأْتِيَهُم بِآيَةٍ وَلَوْ شَاء اللّهُ لَجَمَعَهُمْ عَلَى الْهُدَى فَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ

6.35 . And if their aversion is grievous unto thee , then , if thou canst , seek a way down into the earth or a ladder unto the sky that thou mayst bring unto them a portent ( to convince them all ) ! If Allah willed , He could have brought them all together to the guidance So be not thou among the foolish ones .

6.35. Wa-in kana kabura AAalayka iAAraduhum fa-ini istataAAta an tabtaghiya nafaqan fee al-ardi aw sullaman fee alssama-i fata/tiyahum bi-ayatin walaw shaa Allahu lajamaAAahum AAala alhuda fala takoonanna mina aljahileena

6.35. Y si te resulta duro que se alejen, auque pudieras encontrar un agujero en la tierra o una escala en el cielo para traerles un signo,... Alá, si hubiera querido, les habría congregado a todos para dirigirles. ¡No seas, pues, de los ignorantes!
