6.41.بَلْ إِيَّاهُ تَدْعُونَ فَيَكْشِفُ مَا تَدْعُونَ إِلَيْهِ إِنْ شَاء وَتَنسَوْنَ مَا تُشْرِكُونَ

6.41 . Nay , but unto Him ye call , and He removeth that because of which ye call unto Him , if He will , and ye forget whatever partners ye ascribed unto Him .

6.41. Bal iyyahu tadAAoona fayakshifu ma tadAAoona ilayhi in shaa watansawna ma tushrikoona

6.41. ¡No!, antes bien, le invocaríais a Él y quitaría, si Él quisiera, el objeto de vuestra invocación. Y olvidaríais lo que ahora Le asociáis.

6.42.وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلنَا إِلَى أُمَمٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ بِالْبَأْسَاء وَالضَّرَّاء لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَضَرَّعُونَ

6.42 . We have sent already unto peoples that were before thee , and We visited them with tribulation and adversity , in order that they might grow humble .

6.42. Walaqad arsalna ila omamin min qablika faakhathnahum bialba/sa-i waalddarra-i laAAallahum yatadarraAAoona

6.42. Antes de ti, hemos mandado enviados a comunidades y hemos causado a éstas miseria y desgracia. Quizás, así, se humillaran.

6.43.فَلَوْلا إِذْ جَاءهُمْ بَأْسُنَا تَضَرَّعُواْ وَلَـكِن قَسَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ

6.43 . If only , when our disaster came on them , they had been humble! But their hearts were hardened and the devil made all that they used to do seem fair unto them!

6.43. Falawla ith jaahum ba/suna tadarraAAoo walakin qasat quloobuhum wazayyana lahumu alshshaytanu ma kanoo yaAAmaloona

6.43. Si se hubieran humillado cuando Nuestro rigor les alcanzó... Pero sus corazones se endurecieron y el Demonio engalanó lo que hacían.

6.44.فَلَمَّا نَسُواْ مَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ فَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَبْوَابَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَتَّى إِذَا فَرِحُواْ بِمَا أُوتُواْ أَخَذْنَاهُم بَغْتَةً فَإِذَا هُم مُّبْلِسُونَ

6.44 . Then , when they forgot that whereof they had been reminded , We opened unto them the gates of all things till , even as they were rejoicing in that which they were given , We seized them unawares , and lo! they were dumbfounded .

6.44. Falamma nasoo ma thukkiroo bihi fatahna AAalayhim abwaba kulli shay-in hatta itha farihoo bima ootoo akhathnahum baghtatan fa-itha hum mublisoona

6.44. Y cuando hubieron olvidado lo que se les había recordado, les abrimos las puertas de todo. Cuando hubieron disfrutado de lo que se les había concedido, Nos apoderamos de ellos de repente y fueron presa de la desesperación.

6.45.فَقُطِعَ دَابِرُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

6.45 . So of the people who did wrong the last remnant was cut off . Praise be to Allah , Lord of the Worlds!

6.45. FaqutiAAa dabiru alqawmi allatheena thalamoo waalhamdu lillahi rabbi alAAalameena

6.45. Así fue extirpado el pueblo que obró impíamente. ¡Alabado sea Alá, Señor del universo!
