26.156.وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ

26.156 . And touch her not with ill lest there come on you the retribution of an awful day .

26.156. Wala tamassooha bisoo-in faya/khuthakum AAathabu yawmin AAatheemin

26.156. " ¡No le hagáis mal! ¡Si no, os sorprenderá el castigo de un día terrible!"" "

26.157.فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصْبَحُوا نَادِمِينَ

26.157 . But they hamstrung her , and then were penitent .

26.157. FaAAaqarooha faasbahoo nadimeena

26.157. Pero ellos la desjarretaron... y se arrepintieron.

26.158.فَأَخَذَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ

26.158 . So the retribution came on them . Lo! herein is indeed a portent , yet most of them are not believers .

26.158. Faakhathahumu alAAathabu inna fee thalika laayatan wama kana aktharuhum mu/mineena

26.158. Y les sorprendió el Castigo. Ciertamente, hay en ello un signo, pero la mayoría no creen.

26.159.وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ

26.159 . And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty , the Merciful .

26.159. Wa-inna rabbaka lahuwa alAAazeezu alrraheemu

26.159. ¡En verdad, tu Señor es el Poderoso, el Misericordioso!

26.160.كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ الْمُرْسَلِينَ

26.160 . The folk of Lot denied the messengers ( of Allah ) ,

26.160. Kaththabat qawmu lootin almursaleena

26.160. El pueblo de Lot desmintió a los enviados.
