20.16.فَلاَ يَصُدَّنَّكَ عَنْهَا مَنْ لاَ يُؤْمِنُ بِهَا وَاتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ فَتَرْدَى

20.16 . Therefor , let not him turn thee aside from ( the thought of ) it who believeth not therein but followeth his own desire , lest thou perish .

20.16. Fala yasuddannaka AAanha man la yu/minu biha waittabaAAa hawahu fatarda

20.16. ¡Que no te desvíe de ella quien no cree en ella y sigue su pasión! Si no, ¡perecerás!

20.17.وَمَا تِلْكَ بِيَمِينِكَ يَا مُوسَى

20.17 . And what is that in thy right hand , O Moses?

20.17. Wama tilka biyameenika ya moosa

20.17. " ¿Qué es eso que tienes en la diestra, Moisés?"" "

20.18.قَالَ هِيَ عَصَايَ أَتَوَكَّأُ عَلَيْهَا وَأَهُشُّ بِهَا عَلَى غَنَمِي وَلِيَ فِيهَا مَآرِبُ أُخْرَى

20.18 . He said : This is my staff whereon I lean , and wherewith I beat down branches for my sheep , and wherein I find other uses .

20.18. Qala hiya AAasaya atawakkao AAalayha waahushshu biha AAala ghanamee waliya feeha maaribu okhra

20.18. " ""Es mi vara"", dijo. ""Me apoyo en ella y con ella vareo los árboles para alimentar a mi rebaño. También la empleo para otros usos"". "

20.19.قَالَ أَلْقِهَا يَا مُوسَى

20.19 . He said : Cast it down , O Moses!

20.19. Qala alqiha ya moosa

20.19. " Dijo: ""¡Tírala, Moisés!"" "

20.20.فَأَلْقَاهَا فَإِذَا هِيَ حَيَّةٌ تَسْعَى

20.20 . So he cast it down , and Lo! it was a serpent , gliding .

20.20. Faalqaha fa-itha hiya hayyatun tasAAa

20.20. La tiró y he aquí que se convirtió en una serpiente que reptaba.
