39.21.أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَسَلَكَهُ يَنَابِيعَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يُخْرِجُ بِهِ زَرْعاً مُّخْتَلِفاً أَلْوَانُهُ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَاهُ مُصْفَرّاً ثُمَّ يَجْعَلُهُ حُطَاماً إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَذِكْرَى لِأُوْلِي الْأَلْبَابِ

39.21 . Hast thou not seen how Allah hath sent down water from the sky and hath caused it to penetrate the earth as water springs , and afterward thereby produceth crops of divers hues ; and afterward they wither and thou seest them turn yellow ; then He maketh them chaff . Lo! herein verily is a reminder for men of understanding .

39.21. Alam tara anna Allaha anzala mina alssama-i maan fasalakahu yanabeeAAa fee al-ardi thumma yukhriju bihi zarAAan mukhtalifan alwanuhu thumma yaheeju fatarahu musfarran thumma yajAAaluhu hutaman inna fee thalika lathikra li-olee al-albabi

39.21. ¿No ves cómo hace Alá bajar agua del cielo y Él la conduce a manantiales en la tierra? Mediante ella saca cereales de clases diversas, que, más tarde, se marchitan y ves que amarillean. Luego, hace de ellos paja seca. Hay en ello, sí, una amonestación para los dotados de intelecto.

39.22.أَفَمَن شَرَحَ اللَّهُ صَدْرَهُ لِلْإِسْلَامِ فَهُوَ عَلَى نُورٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْقَاسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُم مِّن ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ أُوْلَئِكَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ

39.22 . Is he whose bosom Allah hath expanded for the Surrender ( unto Him ) , so that he followeth a light from His Lord , ( as he who disbelieveth ) ? Then woe unto those whose hearts are hardened against remembrance of Allah . Such are in plain error .

39.22. Afaman sharaha Allahu sadrahu lil-islami fahuwa AAala noorin min rabbihi fawaylun lilqasiyati quloobuhum min thikri Allahi ola-ika fee dalalin mubeenin

39.22. ¿Es que aquél cuyo pecho Alá ha abierto al islam y camina así a la luz de su Señor...? ¡Ay de los que tienen un corazón insensible a la amonestación de Alá! Están evidentemente extraviados.

39.23.اللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحْسَنَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَاباً مُّتَشَابِهاً مَّثَانِيَ تَقْشَعِرُّ مِنْهُ جُلُودُ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمْ وَقُلُوبُهُمْ إِلَى ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ هُدَى اللَّهِ يَهْدِي بِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ

39.23 . Allah hath ( now ) revealed the fairest of statements , a Scripture consistent , ( wherein promises of reward are ) paired ( with threats of punishment ) , whereat doth creep the flesh of those who fear their Lord , so that their flesh and their hearts soften to Allah ' s reminder . Such is Allah ' s guidance , where with He guideth whom He will . And him whom Allah sendeth astray , for him there is no guide .

39.23. Allahu nazzala ahsana alhadeethi kitaban mutashabihan mathaniya taqshaAAirru minhu juloodu allatheena yakhshawna rabbahum thumma taleenu julooduhum waquloobuhum ila thikri Allahi thalika huda Allahi yahdee bihi man yashao waman yudlili Allahu fama lahu min hadin

39.23. Alá ha revelado el más bello relato, una Escritura cuyas aleyas armonizan y se reiteran. Al oírla, se estremecen quienes tienen miedo de su Señor, luego, se calman en cuerpo y en espíritu al recuerdo de Alá. Ésa es la dirección de Alá, por la que dirige a quien Él quiere. En cambio, aquél a quien Alá extravía no podrá encontrar quien le dirija.

39.24.أَفَمَن يَتَّقِي بِوَجْهِهِ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَقِيلَ لِلظَّالِمِينَ ذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ

39.24 . Is he then , who will strike his face against the awful doom upon the Day of Resurrection ( as he who doeth right ) ? And it will be said unto the wrong doers : Taste what ye used to earn .

39.24. Afaman yattaqee biwajhihi soo-a alAAathabi yawma alqiyamati waqeela lilththalimeena thooqoo ma kuntum taksiboona

39.24. " ¿Es que quien trata de protegerse con su propia persona contra el mal castigo del día de la Resurrección...? Se dirá a los impíos: ""¡Gustad lo que habéis merecido!"" "

39.25.كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَاهُمْ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ

39.25 . Those before them denied , and so the doom came on them whence they knew not .

39.25. Kaththaba allatheena min qablihim faatahumu alAAathabu min haythu la yashAAuroona

39.25. Sus predecesores desmintieron y el castigo les vino de donde no lo presentían.
