27.36.فَلَمَّا جَاء سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ أَتُمِدُّونَنِ بِمَالٍ فَمَا آتَانِيَ اللَّهُ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا آتَاكُم بَلْ أَنتُم بِهَدِيَّتِكُمْ تَفْرَحُونَ

27.36 . So when ( the envoy ) came unto Solomon , ( the King ) said : What! Would ye help me with wealth? But that which Allah hath given me is better than that which He hath given you . Nay it is ye ( and not I ) who exult in your gift .

27.36. Falamma jaa sulaymana qala atumiddoonani bimalin fama ataniya Allahu khayrun mimma atakum bal antum bihadiyyatikum tafrahoona

27.36. " Cuando llegó a Salomón. dijo: ""¿Queréis colmarme de hacienda? Lo que Alá me ha dado vale más que lo que él os ha dado. No, sino que sois vosotros quienes están contentos con vuestros regalos. "

27.37.ارْجِعْ إِلَيْهِمْ فَلَنَأْتِيَنَّهُمْ بِجُنُودٍ لَّا قِبَلَ لَهُم بِهَا وَلَنُخْرِجَنَّهُم مِّنْهَا أَذِلَّةً وَهُمْ صَاغِرُونَ

27.37 . Return unto them . We verily shall come unto them with hosts that they cannot resist , and we shall drive them out from thence with shame , and they will be abased .

27.37. IrjiAA ilayhim falana/tiyannahum bijunoodin la qibala lahum biha walanukhrijannahum minha athillatan wahum saghiroona

27.37. " ¡Regresa a los tuyos! Hemos de marchar contra ellos con tropas a lasque no podrán contener y hemos de expulsarles de su ciudad, abatidos y humillados"". "

27.38.قَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا المَلَأُ أَيُّكُمْ يَأْتِينِي بِعَرْشِهَا قَبْلَ أَن يَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِينَ

27.38 . He said : O chiefs! Which of you will bring me her throne before they come unto me , surrendering?

27.38. Qala ya ayyuha almalao ayyukum ya/teenee biAAarshiha qabla an ya/toonee muslimeena

27.38. " Dijo él: ""¡Dignatarios! ¿Quién de vosotros me traerá su trono antes de que vengan a mí sumisos?"" "

27.39.قَالَ عِفْريتٌ مِّنَ الْجِنِّ أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَن تَقُومَ مِن مَّقَامِكَ وَإِنِّي عَلَيْهِ لَقَوِيٌّ أَمِينٌ

27.39 . A stalwart of the Jinn said : I will bring it thee before thou canst rise from thy place . Lo! I verily am strong and trusty for such work .

27.39. Qala AAifreetun mina aljinni ana ateeka bihi qabla an taqooma min maqamika wa-inne AAalayhi laqawiyyun ameenun

27.39. " Uno de los genios, un ifrit, dijo: ""Yo te lo traeré antes de que hayas tenido tiempo de levantarte de tu asiento. Soy capaz de hacerlo, digno de confianza"". "

27.40.قَالَ الَّذِي عِندَهُ عِلْمٌ مِّنَ الْكِتَابِ أَنَا آتِيكَ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَن يَرْتَدَّ إِلَيْكَ طَرْفُكَ فَلَمَّا رَآهُ مُسْتَقِرّاً عِندَهُ قَالَ هَذَا مِن فَضْلِ رَبِّي لِيَبْلُوَنِي أَأَشْكُرُ أَمْ أَكْفُرُ وَمَن شَكَرَ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ رَبِّي غَنِيٌّ كَرِيمٌ

27.40 . One with whom was knowledge of the Scripture said : I will bring it thee before thy gaze returneth unto thee . And when he saw it set in his presence , ( Solomon said : This is of the bounty of my Lord , that He may try me whether I give thanks or am ungrateful . Whosoever giveth thanks he only giveth thanks for ( the good of ) his own soul : and whosoever is ungrateful ( is ungrateful only to his own soul ' s hurt ) . For lo! my Lord is Absolute in independence , Bountiful .

27.40. Qala allathee AAindahu AAilmun mina alkitabi ana ateeka bihi qabla an yartadda ilayka tarfuka falamma raahu mustaqirran AAindahu qala hatha min fadli rabbee liyabluwanee aashkuru am akfuru waman shakara fa-innama yashkuru linafsihi waman kafara fa-inna rabbee ghaniyyun kareemun

27.40. " El que tenía ciencia de la Escritura dijo: ""Yo te lo traeré en un abrir y cerrar de ojos"". Cuando lo vio puesto junto a sí, dijo: ""éste es un favor de mi Señor para probarme si soy o no agradecido. Quien es agradecido, lo es en realidad, en provecho propio. Y quien es desagradecido... Mi Señor Se basta a Sí mismo, es generoso"". "
