16.91.وَأَوْفُواْ بِعَهْدِ اللّهِ إِذَا عَاهَدتُّمْ وَلاَ تَنقُضُواْ الأَيْمَانَ بَعْدَ تَوْكِيدِهَا وَقَدْ جَعَلْتُمُ اللّهَ عَلَيْكُمْ كَفِيلاً إِنَّ اللّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ

16.91 . Fulfill the covenant of Allah when ye have covenanted , and break not your oaths after the asseveration of them , and after ye have made Allah surety over you . Lo! Allah knoweth what ye do .

16.91. Waawfoo biAAahdi Allahi itha AAahadtum wala tanqudoo al-aymana baAAda tawkeediha waqad jaAAaltumu Allaha AAalaykum kafeelan inna Allaha yaAAlamu ma tafAAaloona

16.91. Cuando concertéis una alianza con Alá, sed fieles a ella. No violéis los juramentos después de haberlos ratificado. Habéis puesto a Alá como garante contra vosotros. Alá sabe lo que hacéis.

16.92.وَلاَ تَكُونُواْ كَالَّتِي نَقَضَتْ غَزْلَهَا مِن بَعْدِ قُوَّةٍ أَنكَاثاً تَتَّخِذُونَ أَيْمَانَكُمْ دَخَلاً بَيْنَكُمْ أَن تَكُونَ أُمَّةٌ هِيَ أَرْبَى مِنْ أُمَّةٍ إِنَّمَا يَبْلُوكُمُ اللّهُ بِهِ وَلَيُبَيِّنَنَّ لَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ

16.92 . And be not like unto her who unravelleth the thread , after she hath made it strong , to thin filaments , making your oaths a deceit between you because of a nation being more numerous than ( another ) nation . Allah only trieth you thereby , and He verily will explain to you on the Day of Resurrection that wherein ye differed .

16.92. Wala takoonoo kaallatee naqadat ghazlaha min baAAdi quwwatin ankathan tattakhithoona aymanakum dakhalan baynakum an takoona ommatun hiya arba min ommatin innama yablookumu Allahu bihi walayubayyinanna lakum yawma alqiyamati ma kuntum feehi takhtalifoona

16.92. No hagáis como aquélla que deshacía de nuevo el hilo que había hilado fuertemente. Utilizáis vuestros juramentos para engañaros so pretexto de que una comunidad es más fuerte que otra. Alá no hace más que probaros con ello. El día de la Resurreción ha de mostraros aquello en que discrepabais.

16.93.وَلَوْ شَاء اللّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلكِن يُضِلُّ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ وَلَتُسْأَلُنَّ عَمَّا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

16.93 . Had Allah willed He could have made you ( all ) one nation , but He sendeth whom He will astray and guideth whom He will , and ye will indeed be asked of what ye used to do .

16.93. Walaw shaa Allahu lajaAAalakum ommatan wahidatan walakin yudillu man yashao wayahdee man yashao walatus-alunna AAamma kuntum taAAmaloona

16.93. Alá, si hubiera querido, habría hecho de vosotros una sola comunidad. Pero extravía a quien Él quiere y dirige a quien Él quiere. Tendréis que responder de lo que hacíais.

16.94.وَلاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ أَيْمَانَكُمْ دَخَلاً بَيْنَكُمْ فَتَزِلَّ قَدَمٌ بَعْدَ ثُبُوتِهَا وَتَذُوقُواْ الْسُّوءَ بِمَا صَدَدتُّمْ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَلَكُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ

16.94 . Make not your oaths a deceit between you , lest a foot should slip after being firmly planted and ye should taste evil forasmuch as ye debarred ( men ) from the way of Allah , and yours should be an awful doom .

16.94. Wala tattakhithoo aymanakum dakhalan baynakum fatazilla qadamun baAAda thubootiha watathooqoo alssoo-a bima sadadtum AAan sabeeli Allahi walakum AAathabun AAatheemun

16.94. No utilicéis vuestros juramentos para engañaros, si no, el pie os fallará después de haberlo tenido firme. Gustaréis la desgracia por haber desviado a otros del camino de Alá y tendréis un castigo terrible.

16.95.وَلاَ تَشْتَرُواْ بِعَهْدِ اللّهِ ثَمَناً قَلِيلاً إِنَّمَا عِندَ اللّهِ هُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ

16.95 . And purchase not a small gain at the price of Allah ' s covenant . Lo! that which Allah hath is better for you , if ye did but know .

16.95. Wala tashtaroo biAAahdi Allahi thamanan qaleelan innama AAinda Allahi huwa khayrun lakum in kuntum taAAlamoona

16.95. No malvendáis la alianza con Alá. Lo que Alá tiene es mejor para vosotros. Si supierais...
