16.61.وَلَوْ يُؤَاخِذُ اللّهُ النَّاسَ بِظُلْمِهِم مَّا تَرَكَ عَلَيْهَا مِن دَآبَّةٍ وَلَكِن يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ إلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى فَإِذَا جَاء أَجَلُهُمْ لاَ يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ سَاعَةً وَلاَ يَسْتَقْدِمُونَ

16.61 . If Allah were to take mankind to task for their wrong doing , he would not leave hereon a living creature , but He reprieveth them to an appointed term , and when their term cometh they cannot put ( it ) off an hour nor ( yet ) advance ( it ) .

16.61. Walaw yu-akhithu Allahu alnnasa bithulmihim ma taraka AAalayha min dabbatin walakin yu-akhkhiruhum ila ajalin musamman fa-itha jaa ajaluhum la yasta/khiroona saAAatan wala yastaqdimoona

16.61. Si Alá tuviera en cuenta la impiedad humana, no dejaría ningún ser vivo sobre ella. Pero los retrasa por un plazo determinado y, cuando vence su plazo, no pueden retrasarlo ni adelantarlo una hora.

16.62.وَيَجْعَلُونَ لِلّهِ مَا يَكْرَهُونَ وَتَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُهُمُ الْكَذِبَ أَنَّ لَهُمُ الْحُسْنَى لاَ جَرَمَ أَنَّ لَهُمُ الْنَّارَ وَأَنَّهُم مُّفْرَطُونَ

16.62 . And they assign unto Allah that which they ( themselves ) dislike , and their tongues expound the lie that the better portion will be theirs . Assuredly theirs will be the Fire , and they will be abandoned .

16.62. WayajAAaloona lillahi ma yakrahoona watasifu alsinatuhumu alkathiba anna lahumu alhusna la jarama anna lahumu alnnara waannahum mufratoona

16.62. Atribuyen a Alá lo que detestan y sus lenguas inventan la mentira cuando pretenden que les espera lo mejor. ¡En verdad, tendrán el Fuego, e irán los primeros!

16.63.تَاللّهِ لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَى أُمَمٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَهُوَ وَلِيُّهُمُ الْيَوْمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

16.63 . By Allah , We verily sent messengers unto the nations before thee , but the devil made their deeds fair seeming unto them . So be is their patron this day , and theirs will be a painful doom .

16.63. TaAllahi laqad arsalna ila omamin min qablika fazayyana lahumu alshshaytanu aAAmalahum fahuwa waliyyuhumu alyawma walahum AAathabun aleemun

16.63. ¡Por Alá!, que antes de ti hemos mandado enviados a comunidades. Pero el Demonio engalanó las obras de éstas y hoy es él su amigo. Tendrán un castigo doloroso.

16.64.وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ إِلاَّ لِتُبَيِّنَ لَهُمُ الَّذِي اخْتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ

16.64 . And we have revealed the Scripture unto thee only that thou mayst explain unto them that wherein they differ , and ( as ) a guidance and a mercy for a people who believe .

16.64. Wama anzalna AAalayka alkitaba illa litubayyina lahumu allathee ikhtalafoo feehi wahudan warahmatan liqawmin yu/minoona

16.64. No te hemos revelado la Escritura sino para que les expliques en qué discrepaban y como dirección y misericordia para gente que cree.

16.65.وَاللّهُ أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَحْيَا بِهِ الأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَسْمَعُونَ

16.65 . Allah sendeth down water from the sky and therewith revives the earth after her death! Lo! herein is indeed a portent for a folk whim hear .

16.65. WaAllahu anzala mina alssama-i maan faahya bihi al-arda baAAda mawtiha inna fee thalika laayatan liqawmin yasmaAAoona

16.65. Alá ha hecho bajar agua del cielo, vivificando con ella la tierra después de muerta. Ciertamente, hay en ello un signo para gente que oye.
