14.41.رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ

14.41 . Our Lord! Forgive me and my parents and believers on the day when the account is cast .

14.41. Rabbana ighfir lee waliwalidayya walilmu/mineena yawma yaqoomu alhisabu

14.41. " ¡Señor! Perdónanos, a mí, a mis padres y a los creyentes el día que se ajusten cuentas"". "

14.42.وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ اللّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الأَبْصَارُ

14.42 . Deem not that Allah is unaware of what the wicked do . He but giveth them a respite till a day when eyes will stare ( in terror ) .

14.42. Wala tahsabanna Allaha ghafilan AAamma yaAAmalu alththalimoona innama yu-akhkhiruhum liyawmin tashkhasu feehi al-absaru

14.42. No creas que Alá se despreocupa de lo que hacen los impíos. Les remite solamente a un día en que mirarán con los ojos desorbitados,

14.43.مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِي رُءُوسِهِمْ لاَ يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَاء

14.43 . As they come hurrying on in fear , their heads upraised , their gaze returning not to them , and their hearts as air .

14.43. MuhtiAAeena muqniAAee ruoosihim la yartaddu ilayhim tarfuhum waaf-idatuhum hawa/on

14.43. corriendo con el cuello extendido, erguida la cabeza, clavada la mirada, el corazón vacío.

14.44.وَأَنذِرِ النَّاسَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمُ الْعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رَبَّنَا أَخِّرْنَا إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ نُّجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ الرُّسُلَ أَوَلَمْ تَكُونُواْ أَقْسَمْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالٍ

14.44 . And warn mankind of a day when the doom will come upon them , and those who did wrong will say : Our Lord! Reprieve us for a little while . We will obey Thy call and will follow the messengers . ( It will be answered ) : Did ye not swear before that there would be no end for you?

14.44. Waanthiri alnnasa yawma ya/teehimu alAAathabu fayaqoolu allatheena thalamoo rabbana akhkhirna ila ajalin qareebin nujib daAAwataka wanattabiAAi alrrusula awa lam takoonoo aqsamtum min qablu ma lakum min zawalin

14.44. " ¡Prevén a los hombres contra el día en que tendrá lugar el Castigo! Entonces, dirán los impíos: ""¡Señor! ¡Remítenos a un plazo próximo para que respondamos a Tu llamada y sigamos a los enviados!"" ""¿No jurasteis en otra ocasión que no conoceríais el ocaso? "

14.45.وَسَكَنتُمْ فِي مَسَـاكِنِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمْ كَيْفَ فَعَلْنَا بِهِمْ وَضَرَبْنَا لَكُمُ الأَمْثَالَ

14.45 . And ( have ye not ) dwelt in the dwellings of those who wronged themselves ( of old ) and ( hath it not ) become plain to you how We dealt with them , and made examples for you?

14.45. Wasakantum fee masakini allatheena thalamoo anfusahum watabayyana lakum kayfa faAAalna bihim wadarabna lakumu al-amthala

14.45. " Habitasteis las mismas viviendas que habitaron quienes fueron injustos consigo mismos y se os mostró claramente cómo hicimos con ellos. Os dimos ejemplos..."" "
