9.41.انْفِرُواْ خِفَافاً وَثِقَالاً وَجَاهِدُواْ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ

9.41 . Go forth , light armed and heavy armed , and strive with your wealth and your lives in the way of Allah! That is best for you if ye but knew .

9.41. Infiroo khifafan wathiqalan wajahidoo bi-amwalikum waanfusikum fee sabeeli Allahi thalikum khayrun lakum in kuntum taAAlamoona

9.41. ¡Id a la guerra, tanto si os es fácil como si os es difícil! ¡Luchad por Alá con vuestra hacienda y vuestras personas! Es mejor para vosotros. Si supierais...

9.42.لَوْ كَانَ عَرَضاً قَرِيباً وَسَفَراً قَاصِداً لاَّتَّبَعُوكَ وَلَـكِن بَعُدَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الشُّقَّةُ وَسَيَحْلِفُونَ بِاللّهِ لَوِ اسْتَطَعْنَا لَخَرَجْنَا مَعَكُمْ يُهْلِكُونَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَاللّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ

9.42 . Had it been a near adventure and an easy journey they had followed thee , but the distance seemed too far for them . Yet will they swear by Allah ( saying ) : If we had been able we would surely have set out with you . They destroy their souls , and Allah knoweth that they verily are liars .

9.42. Law kana AAaradan qareeban wasafaran qasidan laittabaAAooka walakin baAAudat AAalayhimu alshshuqqatu wasayahlifoona biAllahi lawi istataAAna lakharajna maAAakum yuhlikoona anfusahum waAllahu yaAAlamu innahum lakathiboona

9.42. " Si se hubiera tratado de una ventaja inmediata o de un viaje corto, te habrían seguido, pero el objetivo les ha parecido distante. Jurarán por Alá: ""Si hubiéramos podido, os habríamos acompañado a la guerra"". Se pierden a sí mismos. Alá sabe que mienten. "

9.43.عَفَا اللّهُ عَنكَ لِمَ أَذِنتَ لَهُمْ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكَ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُواْ وَتَعْلَمَ الْكَاذِبِينَ

9.43 . Allah forgive thee ( O Muhammad ) ! Wherefore didst thou grant them leave ere those who told the truth were manifest to thee and thou didst know the liars?

9.43. AAafa Allahu AAanka lima athinta lahum hatta yatabayyana laka allatheena sadaqoo wataAAlama alkathibeena

9.43. ¡Que Alá te perdone! ¿Por qué les has dispensado antes de haber distinguido a los sinceros de los que mienten?

9.44.لاَ يَسْتَأْذِنُكَ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَن يُجَاهِدُواْ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِالْمُتَّقِينَ

9.44 . Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day ask no leave of thee lest they should strive with their wealth and their lives . Allah is Aware of those who keep their duty ( unto Him ) .

9.44. La yasta/thinuka allatheena yu/minoona biAllahi waalyawmi al-akhiri an yujahidoo bi-amwalihim waanfusihim waAllahu AAaleemun bialmuttaqeena

9.44. Quienes creen en Alá y en el último Día no te piden dispensa cuando de luchar con su hacienda y sus personas se trata. Alá conoce bien a quienes Le temen.

9.45.إِنَّمَا يَسْتَأْذِنُكَ الَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَارْتَابَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ فَهُمْ فِي رَيْبِهِمْ يَتَرَدَّدُونَ

9.45 . They alone ask leave of thee who believe not in Allah and the Last Day , and whose hearts feel doubt , so in their doubt they waver . .

9.45. Innama yasta/thinuka allatheena la yu/minoona biAllahi waalyawmi al-akhiri wairtabat quloobuhum fahum fee raybihim yataraddadoona

9.45. Sólo te piden dispensa quienes no creen en Alá y en el último Día, aquéllos cuyos corazones están llenos de dudas y que, por dudar, vacilan.
