53.21.أَلَكُمُ الذَّكَرُ وَلَهُ الْأُنثَى

53.21 . Are yours the males and His the females?

53.21. Alakumu alththakaru walahu al-ontha

53.21. ¿Para vosotros los varones y para Él las hembras?

53.22.تِلْكَ إِذاً قِسْمَةٌ ضِيزَى

53.22 . That indeed were an unfair division!

53.22. Tilka ithan qismatun deeza

53.22. Sería un reparto injusto.

53.23.إِنْ هِيَ إِلَّا أَسْمَاء سَمَّيْتُمُوهَا أَنتُمْ وَآبَاؤُكُم مَّا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلْطَانٍ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَمَا تَهْوَى الْأَنفُسُ وَلَقَدْ جَاءهُم مِّن رَّبِّهِمُ الْهُدَى

53.23 . They are but names which ye have named , ye and your fathers , for which Allah hath revealed no warrant . They follow but a guess and that which ( they ) themselves desire . And now the guidance from their Lord hath come unto them .

53.23. In hiya illa asmaon sammaytumooha antum waabaokum ma anzala Allahu biha min sultanin in yattabiAAoona illa alththanna wama tahwa al-anfusu walaqad jaahum min rabbihimu alhuda

53.23. No son sino nombres que habéis puesto, vosotros y vuestros padres, a los que Alá no ha conferido ninguna autoridad. No siguen sino conjeturas y la concupiscencia de sus almas, siendo así que ya les ha venido de su Señor la Dirección.

53.24.أَمْ لِلْإِنسَانِ مَا تَمَنَّى

53.24 . Or shall man have what he coveteth?

53.24. Am lil-insani ma tamanna

53.24. ¿Obtendrá el hombre lo que desea?

53.25.فَلِلَّهِ الْآخِرَةُ وَالْأُولَى

53.25 . But unto Allah belongeth the after ( life ) , and the former .

53.25. Falillahi al-akhiratu waal-oola

53.25. Pero la otra vida y esta vida pertenecen a Alá.
