38.31.إِذْ عُرِضَ عَلَيْهِ بِالْعَشِيِّ الصَّافِنَاتُ الْجِيَادُ

38.31 . When there were shown to him at eventide light footed coursers

38.31. Ith AAurida AAalayhi bialAAashiyyi alssafinatu aljiyadu

38.31. Cuando un anochecer le presentaron unos corceles de raza.

38.32.فَقَالَ إِنِّي أَحْبَبْتُ حُبَّ الْخَيْرِ عَن ذِكْرِ رَبِّي حَتَّى تَوَارَتْ بِالْحِجَابِ

38.32 . And he said : Lo! I have preferred the good things ( of the world ) to the remembrance of my Lord ; till they were taken out of sight behind the curtain .

38.32. Faqala innee ahbabtu hubba alkhayri AAan thikri rabbee hatta tawarat bialhijabi

38.32. " Y dijo: ""Por amor a los bienes he descuidado el recuerdo de mi Señor hasta que se ha escondido tras el velo. "

38.33.رُدُّوهَا عَلَيَّ فَطَفِقَ مَسْحاً بِالسُّوقِ وَالْأَعْنَاقِ

38.33 . ( Then he said ) : Bring them back to me , and fell to slashing ( with his sword their ) legs and necks .

38.33. Ruddooha AAalayya fatafiqa mashan bialssooqi waal-aAAnaqi

38.33. " ¡Traédmelos!"" Y se puso a desjarretarlos y degollarlos. "

38.34.وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا سُلَيْمَانَ وَأَلْقَيْنَا عَلَى كُرْسِيِّهِ جَسَداً ثُمَّ أَنَابَ

38.34 . And verily We tried Solomon , and set upon his throne a ( mere ) body . Then did he repent .

38.34. Walaqad fatanna sulaymana waalqayna AAala kursiyyihi jasadan thumma anaba

38.34. Aún probamos a Salomón cuando asentamos en su trono a su sosia. Luego, se arrepintió.

38.35.قَالَ رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَهَبْ لِي مُلْكاً لَّا يَنبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ مِّنْ بَعْدِي إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ

38.35 . He said : My Lord! Forgive me and bestow on me sovereignty such shall not belong to any after me . Lo! Thou art the Bestower .

38.35. Qala rabbi ighfir lee wahab lee mulkan la yanbaghee li-ahadin min baAAdee innaka anta alwahhabu

38.35. " ""¡Señor!"" dijo. ""¡Perdóname y regálame un dominio tal que a nadie después de mí le esté bien. Tú eres el Munífico"". "
