25.16.لَهُمْ فِيهَا مَا يَشَاؤُونَ خَالِدِينَ كَانَ عَلَى رَبِّكَ وَعْداً مَسْؤُولاً

25.16 . Therein abiding , they have all that they desire . It is for thy Lord a promise that must be fulfilled .

25.16. Lahum feeha ma yashaoona khalideena kana AAala rabbika waAAdan mas-oolan

25.16. Inmortales, tendrán cuanto deseen. Es una promesa que obliga a tu Señor.

25.17.وَيَوْمَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ وَمَا يَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ فَيَقُولُ أَأَنتُمْ أَضْلَلْتُمْ عِبَادِي هَؤُلَاء أَمْ هُمْ ضَلُّوا السَّبِيلَ

25.17 . And on the day when He will assemble them and that which they worship instead of Allah and will say : Was it ye who misled these my slaves or did they ( themselves ) wander from the way?

25.17. Wayawma yahshuruhum wama yaAAbudoona min dooni Allahi fayaqoolu aantum adlaltum AAibadee haola-i am hum dalloo alssabeela

25.17. " El día que Él les congregue, a ellos y a los que servían en lugar de servir a Alá, dirá: ""¿Sois vosotros los que habéis extraviado a estos Mis siervos o ellos solos se han extraviado del Camino?"" "

25.18.قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ مَا كَانَ يَنبَغِي لَنَا أَن نَّتَّخِذَ مِن دُونِكَ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاء وَلَكِن مَّتَّعْتَهُمْ وَآبَاءهُمْ حَتَّى نَسُوا الذِّكْرَ وَكَانُوا قَوْماً بُوراً

25.18 . They will say : Be Thou glorified! It was not for us to choose any protecting friends beside Thee ; but Thou didst give them and their fathers ease till they forgot the warning and became lost folk

25.18. Qaloo subhanaka ma kana yanbaghee lana an nattakhitha min doonika min awliyaa walakin mattaAAtahum waabaahum hatta nasoo alththikra wakanoo qawman booran

25.18. " Dirán: ""¡Gloria a Ti! No nos estaba bien que tomáramos a otros como amigos, en lugar de tomarte a Ti. Pero les permitiste gozar tanto, a ellos y a sus padres, que olvidaron la Amonestación y fueron gente perdida"". "

25.19.فَقَدْ كَذَّبُوكُم بِمَا تَقُولُونَ فَمَا تَسْتَطِيعُونَ صَرْفاً وَلَا نَصْراً وَمَن يَظْلِم مِّنكُمْ نُذِقْهُ عَذَاباً كَبِيراً

25.19 . Thus they will give you the lie regarding what ye say , then ye can neither avert ( the doom ) nor obtain help . And whoso among you doeth wrong , We shall make him taste great torment .

25.19. Faqad kaththabookum bima taqooloona fama tastateeAAoona sarfan wala nasran waman yathlim minkum nuthiqhu AAathaban kabeeran

25.19. " ""Os desmienten lo que decís. No podréis escapar al castigo ni encontrar quien os auxilie. A quien de vosotros obre impíamente le haremos gustar un gran castigo"". "

25.20.وَما أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ إِلَّا إِنَّهُمْ لَيَأْكُلُونَ الطَّعَامَ وَيَمْشُونَ فِي الْأَسْوَاقِ وَجَعَلْنَا بَعْضَكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ فِتْنَةً أَتَصْبِرُونَ وَكَانَ رَبُّكَ بَصِيراً

25.20 . We never sent before thee any messengers but lo! they ate food and walked in the markets . And We have appointed some of you a test for others : Will ye be steadfast? And thy Lord is ever Seer .

25.20. Wama arsalna qablaka mina almursaleena illa innahum laya/kuloona alttaAAama wayamshoona fee al-aswaqi wajaAAalna baAAdakum libaAAdin fitnatan atasbiroona wakana rabbuka baseeran

25.20. Antes de ti no mandamos más que a enviados que se alimentaban y paseaban por los mercados. Hemos puesto a algunos de vosotros como prueba para los demás, a ver si tenéis paciencia. Tu Señor todo lo ve.
