24.36.فِي بُيُوتٍ أَذِنَ اللَّهُ أَن تُرْفَعَ وَيُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ فِيهَا بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالْآصَالِ

24.36 . ( This lamp is found ) in houses which Allah hath allowed to be exalted and that His name shall be remembered therein . Therein do offer praise to Him at morn and evening

24.36. Fee buyootin athina Allahu an turfaAAa wayuthkara feeha ismuhu yusabbihu lahu feeha bialghuduwwi waal-asali

24.36. En casas que Alá ha permitido erigir y que se mencione en ellas Su nombre. En ellas Le glorifican, mañana y tarde,

24.37.رِجَالٌ لَّا تُلْهِيهِمْ تِجَارَةٌ وَلَا بَيْعٌ عَن ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَإِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاء الزَّكَاةِ يَخَافُونَ يَوْماً تَتَقَلَّبُ فِيهِ الْقُلُوبُ وَالْأَبْصَارُ

24.37 . Men whom neither merchandise nor sale beguileth from remembrance of Allah and constancy in prayer and paying to the poor their due ; who fear a day when hearts and eyeballs will be overturned ;

24.37. Rijalun la tulheehim tijaratun wala bayAAun AAan thikri Allahi wa-iqami alssalati wa-eeta-i alzzakati yakhafoona yawman tataqallabu feehi alquloobu waal-absaru

24.37. hombres a quienes ni los negocios ni el comercio les distraen del recuerdo de Alá, de hacer la azalá y de dar el azaque. Temen un día en que los corazones y las miradas sean puestos del revés.

24.38.لِيَجْزِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنَ مَا عَمِلُوا وَيَزِيدَهُم مِّن فَضْلِهِ وَاللَّهُ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَاءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ

24.38 . That Allah may reward them with the best of what they did , and increase reward for them of His bounty . Allah giveth blessings without stint to whom He will .

24.38. Liyajziyahumu Allahu ahsana ma AAamiloo wayazeedahum min fadlihi waAllahu yarzuqu man yashao bighayri hisabin

24.38. Para que Alá les retribuya por sus mejores obras y les dé más de Su favor. Alá provee sin medida a quien Él quiere.

24.39.وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَعْمَالُهُمْ كَسَرَابٍ بِقِيعَةٍ يَحْسَبُهُ الظَّمْآنُ مَاء حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءهُ لَمْ يَجِدْهُ شَيْئاً وَوَجَدَ اللَّهَ عِندَهُ فَوَفَّاهُ حِسَابَهُ وَاللَّهُ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ

24.39 . As for those who disbelieve , their deeds are as a mirage in a desert . The thirsty one supposeth it to be water till he cometh unto it and findeth it naught , and findeth , in the place thereof , Allah , Who payeth him his due ; and Allah is swift at reckoning .

24.39. Waallatheena kafaroo aAAmaluhum kasarabin biqeeAAatin yahsabuhu alththam-anu maan hatta itha jaahu lam yajidhu shay-an wawajada Allaha AAindahu fawaffahu hisabahu waAllahu sareeAAu alhisabi

24.39. Las obras de los infieles son como espejismo en una llanura: el muy sediento cree que es agua, hasta que, llegado allá, no encuentra nada. Sí encontrará, en cambio, a Alá junto a sí y Él le saldará su cuenta. Alá es rápido en ajustar cuentas.

24.40.أَوْ كَظُلُمَاتٍ فِي بَحْرٍ لُّجِّيٍّ يَغْشَاهُ مَوْجٌ مِّن فَوْقِهِ مَوْجٌ مِّن فَوْقِهِ سَحَابٌ ظُلُمَاتٌ بَعْضُهَا فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ إِذَا أَخْرَجَ يَدَهُ لَمْ يَكَدْ يَرَاهَا وَمَن لَّمْ يَجْعَلِ اللَّهُ لَهُ نُوراً فَمَا لَهُ مِن نُّورٍ

24.40 . Or as darkness on a vast , abysmal sea . There covereth him a wave , above which is a wave , above which is a cloud . Layer upon layer of darkness . When he holdeth out his hand he scarce can see it . And he for whom Allah hath not appointed light , for him there is no light .

24.40. Aw kathulumatin fee bahrin lujjiyyin yaghshahu mawjun min fawqihi mawjun min fawqihi sahabun thulumatun baAAduha fawqa baAAdin itha akhraja yadahu lam yakad yaraha waman lam yajAAali Allahu lahu nooran fama lahu min noorin

24.40. O como tinieblas en un mar profundo, cubierto de olas, unas sobre otras, con nubes por encima, tinieblas sobre tinieblas. Si se saca la mano, apenas se la distingue. No dispone de luz ninguna aquél a quien Alá se la niega.
