2.281.وَاتَّقُواْ يَوْماً تُرْجَعُونَ فِيهِ إِلَى اللّهِ ثُمَّ تُوَفَّى كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا كَسَبَتْ وَهُمْ لاَ يُظْلَمُونَ

2.281 . And guard yourselves against a day in which ye will be brought back to Allah . Then every soul will be paid in full that which it hath earned , and they will not be wronged .

2.281. Waittaqoo yawman turjaAAoona feehi ila Allahi thumma tuwaffa kullu nafsin ma kasabat wahum la yuthlamoona

2.281. Temed un día en que seréis devueltos a Alá. Entonces, cada uno recibirá su merecido. Y no serán tratados injustamente.

2.282.يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ إِذَا تَدَايَنتُم بِدَيْنٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى فَاكْتُبُوهُ وَلْيَكْتُب بَّيْنَكُمْ كَاتِبٌ بِالْعَدْلِ وَلاَ يَأْبَ كَاتِبٌ أَنْ يَكْتُبَ كَمَا عَلَّمَهُ اللّهُ فَلْيَكْتُبْ وَلْيُمْلِلِ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ وَلْيَتَّقِ اللّهَ رَبَّهُ وَلاَ يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ شَيْئاً فَإن كَانَ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ سَفِيهاً أَوْ ضَعِيفاً أَوْ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُ أَن يُمِلَّ هُوَ فَلْيُمْلِلْ وَلِيُّهُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَاسْتَشْهِدُواْ شَهِيدَيْنِ من رِّجَالِكُمْ فَإِن لَّمْ يَكُونَا رَجُلَيْنِ فَرَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ مِمَّن تَرْضَوْنَ مِنَ الشُّهَدَاء أَن تَضِلَّ إْحْدَاهُمَا فَتُذَكِّرَ إِحْدَاهُمَا الأُخْرَى وَلاَ يَأْبَ الشُّهَدَاء إِذَا مَا دُعُواْ وَلاَ تَسْأَمُوْاْ أَن تَكْتُبُوْهُ صَغِيراً أَو كَبِيراً إِلَى أَجَلِهِ ذَلِكُمْ أَقْسَطُ عِندَ اللّهِ وَأَقْومُ لِلشَّهَادَةِ وَأَدْنَى أَلاَّ تَرْتَابُواْ إِلاَّ أَن تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً حَاضِرَةً تُدِيرُونَهَا بَيْنَكُمْ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَلاَّ تَكْتُبُوهَا وَأَشْهِدُوْاْ إِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ وَلاَ يُضَآرَّ كَاتِبٌ وَلاَ شَهِيدٌ وَإِن تَفْعَلُواْ فَإِنَّهُ فُسُوقٌ بِكُمْ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ اللّهُ وَاللّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

2.282 . O ye who believe! When ye contract a debt for a fixed term , record it in writing . Let a scribe record it in writing between you in ( terms of ) equity . No scribe should refuse to write as Allah hath taught him , so let him write , and let him who incurreth the debt dictate , and let him observe his duty to Allah his Lord , and diminish naught thereof . But if he who oweth the debt is of low understanding , or weak , or unable himself to dictate , then let the guardian of his interests dictate in ( terms of ) equity . And call to witness , from among your men , two witnesses . And if two men be not ( at hand ) then a man and two women , of such as ye approve as witnesses , so that if the one erreth ( through forgetfulness ) the other will remember . And the witnesses must not refuse when they are summoned . Be not averse to writing down ( the contract ) whether it be small or great , with ( record of ) the term thereof . That is more equitable in the sight of Allah and more sure for testimony , and the best way of avoiding doubt between you ; save only in the case when it is actual merchandise which ye transfer among yourselves from hand to hand . In that case it is no sin for you if ye write it not . And have witnesses when ye sell one to another , and let no harm be done to scribe or witness . If ye do ( harm to them ) lo! it is a sin in you . Observe your duty to Allah . Allah is teaching you . And Allah is Knower of all things .

2.282. Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo itha tadayantum bidaynin ila ajalin musamman faoktuboohu walyaktub baynakum katibun bialAAadli wala ya/ba katibun an yaktuba kama AAallamahu Allahu falyaktub walyumlili allathee AAalayhi alhaqqu walyattaqi Allaha rabbahu wala yabkhas minhu shay-an fa-in kana allathee AAalayhi alhaqqu safeehan aw daAAeefan aw la yastateeAAu an yumilla huwa falyumlil waliyyuhu bialAAadli waistashhidoo shaheedayni min rijalikum fa-in lam yakoona rajulayni farajulun waimraatani mimman tardawna mina alshshuhada-i an tadilla ihdahuma fatuthakkira ihdahuma al-okhra wala ya/ba alshshuhadao itha ma duAAoo wala tas-amoo an taktuboohu sagheeran aw kabeeran ila ajalihi thalikum aqsatu AAinda Allahi waaqwamu lilshshahadati waadna alla tartaboo illa an takoona tijaratan hadiratan tudeeroonaha baynakum falaysa AAalaykum junahun alla taktubooha waashhidoo itha tabayaAAtum wala yudarra katibun wala shaheedun wa-in tafAAaloo fa-innahu fusooqun bikum waittaqoo Allaha wayuAAallimukumu Allahu waAllahu bikulli shay-in AAaleemun

2.282. ¡Creyentes!. Si contraéis una deuda por un plazo determinado, ponedlo por escrito. Que un escribano tome fiel nota envuestra presencia, sin rehusarse a escribir como Alá le dé a entender. Queescriba. Que el deudor dicte en el temor de Alá, su Señor, y que nodeduzca nada. Y si el deudor fuera necio, débil o incapaz de dictar, quedicte su procurador con fidelidad. Llamad, para que sirvan de testigos, ados de vuestros hombres, s no los hay, elegid a un hombre y a dos mujeresde entre quienes os plazcan como testigos, de tal modo que si una yerra,la otra subsane su error. Que los testigos no se sustraigan cuando se lesllame. Que no os repugne subscribir una deuda, sea pequeña o grande,precisando su vencimiento. Esto es más equitativo ante Alá, es máscorrecto para el testimonio y da menos lugar a dudas. A menos que se tratede una operación concluida entre vosotros sin intermediarios, entonces,no hay inconveniente en que no lo pongáis por escrito. Pero ¡tomadtestigos cuando os vendáis algo! ¡Y que no se moleste al escribano ni altestigo! Si lo hacéis, cometeréis una iniquidad. ¡Temed a Alá! Alá osinstruye. Alá es omnisciente.

2.283.وَإِن كُنتُمْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ وَلَمْ تَجِدُواْ كَاتِباً فَرِهَانٌ مَّقْبُوضَةٌ فَإِنْ أَمِنَ بَعْضُكُم بَعْضاً فَلْيُؤَدِّ الَّذِي اؤْتُمِنَ أَمَانَتَهُ وَلْيَتَّقِ اللّهَ رَبَّهُ وَلاَ تَكْتُمُواْ الشَّهَادَةَ وَمَن يَكْتُمْهَا فَإِنَّهُ آثِمٌ قَلْبُهُ وَاللّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ عَلِيمٌ

2.283 . If ye be on a journey and cannot find a scribe , then a pledge in hand ( shall suffice ) . And if one of you entrusteth to another let him who is trusted deliver up that which is entrusted to him ( according to the pact between them ) and let him observe his duty to Allah . Hide not testimony . He who hideth it , verily his heart is sinful . Allah is Aware of what ye do .

2.283. Wa-in kuntum AAala safarin walam tajidoo katiban farihanun maqboodatun fa-in amina baAAdukum baAAdan falyu-addi allathee i/tumina amanatahu walyattaqi Allaha rabbahu wala taktumoo alshshahadata waman yaktumha fa-innahu athimun qalbuhu waAllahu bima taAAmaloona AAaleemun

2.283. Y si estáis de viaje y no encontráis escribano, que se deposite una fianza. Si uno confía un depósito a otro, debe el depositario restituir el depósito en el temor de Alá, su Señor. Y no rehuséis deponer como testigos. Quien rehúsa tiene un corazón pecador. Alá sabe bien lo que hacéis.

2.284.لِّلَّهِ ما فِي السَّمَاواتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَإِن تُبْدُواْ مَا فِي أَنفُسِكُمْ أَوْ تُخْفُوهُ يُحَاسِبْكُم بِهِ اللّهُ فَيَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَاللّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

2.284 . Unto Allah ( belongeth ) whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth ; and whether ye make known what is in your minds or hide it , Allah will bring you to account for it . He will forgive whom He will and He will punish whom He will . Allah is Able to do all things .

2.284. Lillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee al-ardi wa-in tubdoo ma fee anfusikum aw tukhfoohu yuhasibkum bihi Allahu fayaghfiru liman yashao wayuAAaththibu man yashao waAllahu AAala kulli shay-in qadeerun

2.284. De Alá es lo que está en los cielos y en la tierra. Lo mismo si manifestáis lo que tenéis en vosotros que si lo ocultáis, Alá os pedirá cuenta de ello Perdona a quien Él quiere y castiga a quien Él quiere. Alá es omnipotente.

2.285.آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِن رَّبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللّهِ وَمَلآئِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لاَ نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّن رُّسُلِهِ وَقَالُواْ سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ

2.285 . The messenger believeth in that which hath been revealed unto him from his Lord and ( so do ) the believers . Each one believeth in Allah and His angels and His scriptures and His messengers We make no distinction between any of His messengers and they say : We hear , and we obey . ( Grant us ) Thy forgiveness , our Lord . Unto Thee is the journeying .

2.285. Amana alrrasoolu bima onzila ilayhi min rabbihi waalmu/minoona kullun amana biAllahi wamala-ikatihi wakutubihi warusulihi la nufarriqu bayna ahadin min rusulihi waqaloo samiAAna waataAAna ghufranaka rabbana wa-ilayka almaseeru

2.285. " El Enviado cree en cuanto le ha sido revelado por su Señor, y lo mismo los creyentes. Todos ellos creen en Alá, en Sus ángeles. en Sus Escrituras y en Sus enviados. No hacemos distinción ente ninguno de Sus enviados. Han dicho: ""Oímos y obedecemos. ¡Tu perdón, Señor! ¡Eres Tú el fin de todo!"" "
