2.251.فَهَزَمُوهُم بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَقَتَلَ دَاوُودُ جَالُوتَ وَآتَاهُ اللّهُ الْمُلْكَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَعَلَّمَهُ مِمَّا يَشَاءُ وَلَوْلاَ دَفْعُ اللّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ لَّفَسَدَتِ الأَرْضُ وَلَـكِنَّ اللّهَ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ

2.251 . So they routed them by Allah ' s leave and David slew Goliath ; and Allah gave him the kingdom and wisdom , and taught him of that which He willeth . And if Allah had not repelled some men by others the earth would have been corrupted . But Allah is a Lord of Kindness to ( His ) creatures .

2.251. Fahazamoohum bi-ithni Allahi waqatala dawoodu jaloota waatahu Allahu almulka waalhikmata waAAallamahu mimma yashao walawla dafAAu Allahi alnnasa baAAdahum bibaAAdin lafasadati al-ardu walakinna Allaha thoo fadlin AAala alAAalameena

2.251. Y les derrotaron con permiso de Alá. David mató a Goliat y Alá le dio el dominio y la sabiduría, y le enseñó lo que Él quiso. Si Alá no hubiera rechazado a unos hombres valiéndose de otros, la tierra se habría ya corrompido. Pero Alá dispensa Su favor a todos.

2.252.تِلْكَ آيَاتُ اللّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِالْحَقِّ وَإِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ

2.252 . These are the portents of Allah which We recite unto thee ( Muhammad ) with truth , and Lo! thou art of the number of ( Our ) messengers ;

2.252. Tilka ayatu Allahi natlooha AAalayka bialhaqqi wa-innaka lamina almursaleena

2.252. Éstas son las aleyas de Alá, que te recitamos conforme a la verdad. Ciertamente, tú eres uno de los enviados.

2.253.تِلْكَ الرُّسُلُ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ مِّنْهُم مَّن كَلَّمَ اللّهُ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَهُمْ دَرَجَاتٍ وَآتَيْنَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ الْبَيِّنَاتِ وَأَيَّدْنَاهُ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ وَلَوْ شَاء اللّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلَ الَّذِينَ مِن بَعْدِهِم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءتْهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَلَـكِنِ اخْتَلَفُواْ فَمِنْهُم مَّنْ آمَنَ وَمِنْهُم مَّن كَفَرَ وَلَوْ شَاء اللّهُ مَا اقْتَتَلُواْ وَلَـكِنَّ اللّهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيدُ

2.253 . Of those messengers , some of whom We have caused to excel others , and of whom there are some unto whom Allah spake , while some of them He exalted ( above others ) in degree ; and We gave Jesus , son of Mary , clear proofs ( of Allah ' s sovereignty ) and We supported him with the holy Spirit . And if Allah had so willed it , those who followed after them would not have fought one with another after the clear proofs had come unto them . But they differed , some of them believing and some disbelieving . And if Allah had so willed it , they would not have fought one with another ; but Allah doeth what He will .

2.253. Tilka alrrusulu faddalna baAAdahum AAala baAAdin minhum man kallama Allahu warafaAAa baAAdahum darajatin waatayna AAeesa ibna maryama albayyinati waayyadnahu biroohi alqudusi walaw shaa Allahu ma iqtatala allatheena min baAAdihim min baAAdi ma jaat-humu albayyinatu walakini ikhtalafoo faminhum man amana waminhum man kafara walaw shaa Allahu ma iqtataloo walakinna Allaha yafAAalu ma yureedu

2.253. Éstos son los enviados. Hemos preferido a unos más que a otros. A alguno de ellos Alá ha hablado. Y a otros les ha elevado en categoría. Dimos a Jesús, hijo de María, las pruebas claras, y le fortalecimos con el Espíritu Santo. Si Alá hubiera querido, los que les siguieron no habrían combatido unos contra otros, después de haber recibido las pruebas claras. Pero discreparon: de ellos, unos creyeron y otros o. Si Alá hubiera querido, no habrían combatido unos contra otros. Pero Alá hace lo que quiere.

2.254.يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَنفِقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لاَّ بَيْعٌ فِيهِ وَلاَ خُلَّةٌ وَلاَ شَفَاعَةٌ وَالْكَافِرُونَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

2.254 . O ye who believe! Spend of that wherewith We have provided you ere a day come when there will be no trafficking , nor friendship , nor intercession . The disbelievers , they are the wrong doers .

2.254. Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo anfiqoo mimma razaqnakum min qabli an ya/tiya yawmun la bayAAun feehi wala khullatun wala shafaAAatun waalkafiroona humu alththalimoona

2.254. ¡Creyentes! Dad limosna de lo que os hemos proveído antes de que venga un día en que no sirvan ni comercio ni amistad ni intercesión. Los infieles, ésos son los impíos.

2.255.اللّهُ لاَ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لاَ تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مَن ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاء وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَلاَ يَؤُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ

2.255 . Allah! There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).

2.255. Allahu la ilaha illa huwa alhayyu alqayyoomu la ta/khuthuhu sinatun wala nawmun lahu ma fee alssamawati wama fee al-ardi man tha allathee yashfaAAu AAindahu illa bi-ithnihi yaAAlamu ma bayna aydeehim wama khalfahum wala yuheetoona bishay-in min AAilmihi illa bima shaa wasiAAa kursiyyuhu alssamawati waal-arda wala yaooduhu hifthuhuma wahuwa alAAaliyyu alAAatheemu

2.255. ¡Alá! No hay más dios que El. el Viviente, el Subsistente. Ni la somnolencia ni el sueño se apoderan de Él. Suyo es lo que está en los cielos y en la tierra. ¿Quién podrá interceder ante Él si no es con Su permiso? Conoce su pasado y su futuro, mientras que ellos no abarcan nada de Su ciencia, excepto lo que Él quiere. Su Trono se extiende sobre los cielos y sobre la tierra y su conservación no le resulta onerosa. Él es el Altísimo, el Grandioso.
