29.36.وَإِلَى مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْباً فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَارْجُوا الْيَوْمَ الْآخِرَ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ

29.36 . And unto Midian We sent Shueyb , their brother . He said O my people! Serve Allah , and look forward to the Last Day , and do not evil , making mischief , in the earth .

29.36. Wa-ila madyana akhahum shuAAayban faqala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha waorjoo alyawma al-akhira wala taAAthaw fee al-ardi mufsideena

29.36. " A los madianitas su hermano Suayb. Dijo: ""¡Pueblo! ¡Servid a Alá y contad con el último Día! ¡No obréis mal en la tierra corrompiendo!"" "

29.37.فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ فَأَصْبَحُوا فِي دَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ

29.37 . But they denied him , and the dreadful earthquake took them , and morning found them prostrate in their dwelling place .

29.37. Fakaththaboohu faakhathat-humu alrrajfatu faasbahoo fee darihim jathimeena

29.37. Le desmintieron y el Temblor les sorprendió, amaneciendo muertos en sus casas.

29.38.وَعَاداً وَثَمُودَ وَقَد تَّبَيَّنَ لَكُم مِّن مَّسَاكِنِهِمْ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَصَدَّهُمْ عَنِ السَّبِيلِ وَكَانُوا مُسْتَبْصِرِينَ

29.38 . And ( the tribes of ) Aad and Thamud! ( Their fate ) is manifest unto you from their ( ruined and deserted ) dwellings . Satan made their deeds seem fair unto them and so debarred them from the Way , though they were keen observers .

29.38. WaAAadan wathamooda waqad tabayyana lakum min masakinihim wazayyana lahumu alshshaytanu aAAmalahum fasaddahum AAani alssabeeli wakanoo mustabsireena

29.38. ¡Y a los aditas y a los tamudeos! Por sus viviendas se os muestra claramente... El Demonio engalanó sus obras y los apartó del Camino, a pesar de su perspicacia.

29.39.وَقَارُونَ وَفِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَلَقَدْ جَاءهُم مُّوسَى بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا كَانُوا سَابِقِينَ

29.39 . And Korah , Pharaoh and Haman! Moses came unto them with clear proofs ( of Allah ' s sovereignty ) , but they were boastful in the land . And they were not winners ( in the race ) .

29.39. Waqaroona wafirAAawna wahamana walaqad jaahum moosa bialbayyinati faistakbaroo fee al-ardi wama kanoo sabiqeena

29.39. ¡Y a Coré, a Faraón y a Hamán! Moisés vino a ellos con las pruebas claras y ellos se condujeron en el país altivamente. Pero no consiguieron escapar.

29.40.فَكُلّاً أَخَذْنَا بِذَنبِهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّنْ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِ حَاصِباً وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ أَخَذَتْهُ الصَّيْحَةُ وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ خَسَفْنَا بِهِ الْأَرْضَ وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ أَغْرَقْنَا وَمَا كَانَ اللَّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ وَلَكِن كَانُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ

29.40 . So We took each one in his sin ; of them was he on whom We sent a hurricane , and of them was he who was overtaken by the ( Awful ) Cry , and of them was he whom We caused the earth to swallow , and of them was he whom We drowned . It was not for Allah to wrong them , but they wronged themselves .

29.40. Fakullan akhathna bithanbihi faminhum man arsalna AAalayhi hasiban waminhum man akhathat-hu alssayhatu waminhum man khasafna bihi al-arda waminhum man aghraqna wama kana Allahu liyathlimahum walakin kanoo anfusahum yathlimoona

29.40. Sorprendimos a cada uno por su pecado. Contra unos enviamos una tempestad de arena. A otros les sorprendió el Grito. A otros hicimos que la tierra se los tragara. A otros les anegamos. No fue Alá quien fue injusto con ellos, sino que ellos lo fueron consigo mismos.
