8.56.الَّذِينَ عَاهَدتَّ مِنْهُمْ ثُمَّ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَهُمْ فِي كُلِّ مَرَّةٍ وَهُمْ لاَ يَتَّقُونَ

8.56 . Those of them with whom thou madest a treaty , and , then at every opportunity they break their treaty , and they keep not duty ( to Allah ) .

8.56. Allatheena AAahadta minhum thumma yanqudoona AAahdahum fee kulli marratin wahum la yattaqoona

8.56. que, habiendo tú concertado una alianza con ellos, la violan a cada momento sin temer a Alá.

8.57.فَإِمَّا تَثْقَفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْحَرْبِ فَشَرِّدْ بِهِم مَّنْ خَلْفَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ

8.57 . If thou comest on them in the war , deal with them so as to strike fear in those who are behind them , that haply they may remember .

8.57. Fa-imma tathqafannahum fee alharbi fasharrid bihim man khalfahum laAAallahum yaththakkaroona

8.57. Si, pues, das con ellos en la guerra, que sirva de escarmiento a los que les siguen. Quizás, así, se dejen amonestar.

8.58.وَإِمَّا تَخَافَنَّ مِن قَوْمٍ خِيَانَةً فَانبِذْ إِلَيْهِمْ عَلَى سَوَاء إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ الخَائِنِينَ

8.58 . And if thou fearest treachery from any folk , then throw back to them ( their treaty ) fairly . Lo! Allah loveth not the treacherous .

8.58. Wa-imma takhafanna min qawmin khiyanatan fainbith ilayhim AAala sawa-in inna Allaha la yuhibbu alkha-ineena

8.58. Si temes una traición por parte de una gente, denuncia, con equidad, la alianza con ella. Alá no ama a los traidores.

8.59.وَلاَ يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَبَقُواْ إِنَّهُمْ لاَ يُعْجِزُونَ

8.59 . And let not those who disbelieve suppose that they can outstrip ( Allah ' s purpose ) . Lo! they cannot escape .

8.59. Wala yahsabanna allatheena kafaroo sabaqoo innahum la yuAAjizoona

8.59. ¡Que no crean los infieles que van a escapar! ¡No podrán!

8.60.وَأَعِدُّواْ لَهُم مَّا اسْتَطَعْتُم مِّن قُوَّةٍ وَمِن رِّبَاطِ الْخَيْلِ تُرْهِبُونَ بِهِ عَدْوَّ اللّهِ وَعَدُوَّكُمْ وَآخَرِينَ مِن دُونِهِمْ لاَ تَعْلَمُونَهُمُ اللّهُ يَعْلَمُهُمْ وَمَا تُنفِقُواْ مِن شَيْءٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ يُوَفَّ إِلَيْكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ لاَ تُظْلَمُونَ

8.60 . Make ready for them all thou canst of ( armed ) force and of horses tethered , that thereby ye may dismay the enemy of Allah and your enemy , and others beside them whom ye know not . Allah knoweth them . Whatsoever ye spend in the way of Allah it will be repaid to you in full , and ye will not be wronged .

8.60. WaaAAiddoo lahum ma istataAAtum min quwwatin wamin ribati alkhayli turhiboona bihi AAaduwwa Allahi waAAaduwwakum waakhareena min doonihim la taAAlamoonahumu Allahu yaAAlamuhum wama tunfiqoo min shay-in fee sabeeli Allahi yuwaffa ilaykum waantum la tuthlamoona

8.60. ¡Preparad contra ellos toda la fuerza, toda la caballería que podáis para amedrentar al enemigo de Alá y vuestro y a otros fuera de ellos, que no conocéis pero que Alá conoce! Cualquier cosa que gastéis por la causa de Alá os será devuelta, sin que seáis tratados injustamente.
