75.31.فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّى

75.31 . For he neither trusted , nor prayed

75.31. Fala saddaqa wala salla

75.31. No creyó, ni oró,

75.32.وَلَكِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّى

75.32 . But he denied and flouted .

75.32. Walakin kaththaba watawalla

75.32. antes bien, desmintió y se desvió.

75.33.ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ يَتَمَطَّى

75.33 . Then went he to his folk with glee .

75.33. Thumma thahaba ila ahlihi yatamatta

75.33. Luego, se volvió a los suyos con andar altanero.

75.34.أَوْلَى لَكَ فَأَوْلَى

75.34 . Nearer unto thee and nearer ,

75.34. Awla laka faawla

75.34. ¡Ay de ti! ¡Ay!

75.35.ثُمَّ أَوْلَى لَكَ فَأَوْلَى

75.35 . Again nearer unto thee and nearer ( is the doom ) .

75.35. Thumma awla laka faawla

75.35. ¡Sí! ¡Ay de ti! ¡Ay!
