5.41.يَا أَيُّهَا الرَّسُولُ لاَ يَحْزُنكَ الَّذِينَ يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْكُفْرِ مِنَ الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ آمَنَّا بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَلَمْ تُؤْمِن قُلُوبُهُمْ وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ هِادُواْ سَمَّاعُونَ لِلْكَذِبِ سَمَّاعُونَ لِقَوْمٍ آخَرِينَ لَمْ يَأْتُوكَ يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ مِن بَعْدِ مَوَاضِعِهِ يَقُولُونَ إِنْ أُوتِيتُمْ هَـذَا فَخُذُوهُ وَإِن لَّمْ تُؤْتَوْهُ فَاحْذَرُواْ وَمَن يُرِدِ اللّهُ فِتْنَتَهُ فَلَن تَمْلِكَ لَهُ مِنَ اللّهِ شَيْئاً أُوْلَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُرِدِ اللّهُ أَن يُطَهِّرَ قُلُوبَهُمْ لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا خِزْيٌ وَلَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ

5.41 . O Messenger! Let not them grieve thee who vie one with another in the race to disbelief , of such as say with their mouths : "We believe , " but their hearts believe not , and of the Jews : listeners for the sake of falsehood , listeners on behalf of other folk who come not unto thee , changing words from their context and saying : If this be given unto you , receive it but if this be not given unto you , then beware! He whom Allah doometh unto sin , thou ( by thine efforts ) wilt avail him naught against Allah . Those are they for whom the will of Allah is that He cleanse not their hearts . Theirs in the world will be ignominy , and in the Hereafter an awful doom ;

5.41. Ya ayyuha alrrasoolu la yahzunka allatheena yusariAAoona fee alkufri mina allatheena qaloo amanna bi-afwahihim walam tu/min quloobuhum wamina allatheena hadoo sammaAAoona lilkathibi sammaAAoona liqawmin akhareena lam ya/tooka yuharrifoona alkalima min baAAdi mawadiAAihi yaqooloona in ooteetum hatha fakhuthoohu wa-in lam tu/tawhu faihtharoo waman yuridi Allahu fitnatahu falan tamlika lahu mina Allahi shay-an ola-ika allatheena lam yuridi Allahu an yutahhira quloobahum lahum fee alddunya khizyun walahum fee al-akhirati AAathabun AAatheemun

5.41. " ¡Enviado! Que no te entristezcan quienes se precipitan en la incredulidad. Son de los que dicen con la boca: ""Creemos"", pero no creen de corazón, y de los judíos. Dan oídos a la mentira, dan oídos a otra gente que no ha venido a ti. Alteran el sentido de las palabras y dicen: ""Si se os ha dado esto, ¡tomadlo!, pero, si no es esto lo que se os ha dado. ¡guardaos!"". Si Alá quiere que alguien sea tentado, tú no puedes hacer nada por él contra Alá. Esos tales son aquéllos cuyos corazones Alá no ha querido purificar. Sufrirán ignominia en la vida de acá y terrible castigo en la otra. "

5.42.سَمَّاعُونَ لِلْكَذِبِ أَكَّالُونَ لِلسُّحْتِ فَإِن جَآؤُوكَ فَاحْكُم بَيْنَهُم أَوْ أَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ وَإِن تُعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ فَلَن يَضُرُّوكَ شَيْئاً وَإِنْ حَكَمْتَ فَاحْكُم بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْقِسْطِ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ

5.42 . Listeners for the sake of falsehood! Greedy for illicit gain! If then they have recourse unto thee ( Muhammad ) judge between them or disclaim jurisdiction . If thou disclaimest jurisdiction , then they cannot harm thee at all . But if thou judgest , judge between them with equity . Lo! Allah loveth the equitable .

5.42. SammaAAoona lilkathibi akkaloona lilssuhti fa-in jaooka faohkum baynahum aw aAArid AAanhum wa-in tuAArid AAanhum falan yadurrooka shay-an wa-in hakamta faohkum baynahum bialqisti inna Allaha yuhibbu almuqsiteena

5.42. Dan oído a la mentira y devoran el soborno. Si vienen a ti, decide entre ellos o retírate. Si te retiras, no podrán hacerte ningún daño. Si decides, hazlo con equidad. Alá ama a los que observan la equidad.

5.43.وَكَيْفَ يُحَكِّمُونَكَ وَعِندَهُمُ التَّوْرَاةُ فِيهَا حُكْمُ اللّهِ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّوْنَ مِن بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ وَمَا أُوْلَـئِكَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ

5.43 . How come they unto thee for judgment when they have the Torah , wherein Allah hath delivered judgment ( for them ) ? Yet even after that they turn away . Such ( folk ) are not believers .

5.43. Wakayfa yuhakkimoonaka waAAindahumu alttawratu feeha hukmu Allahi thumma yatawallawna min baAAdi thalika wama ola-ika bialmu/mineena

5.43. Pero ¿cómo van a hacerte juez teniendo como tienen la Tora, en la que se contiene la decisión de Alá? Luego, después de eso, se retiran. Esos tales no son creyentes.

5.44.إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَا التَّوْرَاةَ فِيهَا هُدًى وَنُورٌ يَحْكُمُ بِهَا النَّبِيُّونَ الَّذِينَ أَسْلَمُواْ لِلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَالرَّبَّانِيُّونَ وَالأَحْبَارُ بِمَا اسْتُحْفِظُواْ مِن كِتَابِ اللّهِ وَكَانُواْ عَلَيْهِ شُهَدَاء فَلاَ تَخْشَوُاْ النَّاسَ وَاخْشَوْنِ وَلاَ تَشْتَرُواْ بِآيَاتِي ثَمَناً قَلِيلاً وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ

5.44 . Lo! We did reveal the Torah , wherein is guidance and a light , by which the Prophets who surrendered ( unto Allah ) judged the Jews , and the rabbis and the priests ( judged ) by such of Allah ' s Scripture as they were bidden to observe , and thereunto were they witnesses . So fear not mankind , but fear Me . And barter not My revelations for a little gain . Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed : such are disbelievers .

5.44. Inna anzalna alttawrata feeha hudan wanoorun yahkumu biha alnnabiyyoona allatheena aslamoo lillatheena hadoo waalrrabbaniyyoona waal-ahbaru bima istuhfithoo min kitabi Allahi wakanoo AAalayhi shuhadaa fala takhshawoo alnnasa waikhshawni wala tashtaroo bi-ayatee thamanan qaleelan waman lam yahkum bima anzala Allahu faola-ika humu alkafiroona

5.44. Hemos revelado la Tora, que contiene Dirección y Luz. Los profetas que se habían sometido administraban justicia a los judíos según ella, como hacían los maestros y doctores, según lo que de la Escritura de Alá se les había confiado y de lo cual eran testigos. ¡No tengáis, pues, miedo a los hombres, sino a Mí! ¡Y no malvendáis Mis signos! Quienes no decidan según lo que Alá ha revelado, ésos son los infieles.

5.45.وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالْعَيْنَ بِالْعَيْنِ وَالأَنفَ بِالأَنفِ وَالأُذُنَ بِالأُذُنِ وَالسِّنَّ بِالسِّنِّ وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ فَمَن تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَّهُ وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

5.45 . And We prescribed for them therein : The life for the life , and the eye for the eye , and the nose for the nose , and the ear for the ear , and the tooth for the tooth , and for wounds retaliation . But whoso forgoeth it ( in the way of charity ) it shall be expiation for him . Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed : such are wrong doers .

5.45. Wakatabna AAalayhim feeha anna alnnafsa bialnnafsi waalAAayna bialAAayni waal-anfa bial-anfi waalothuna bialothuni waalssinna bialssinni waaljurooha qisasun faman tasaddaqa bihi fahuwa kaffaratun lahu waman lam yahkum bima anzala Allahu faola-ika humu alththalimoona

5.45. " Les hemos prescrito en ella: ""Vida por vida, ojo por ojo, nariz por nariz, oreja por oreja, diente por diente y la ley del talión por las heridas"". Y si uno renuncia a ello, le servirá de expiación. Quienes no decidan según lo que Alá ha revelado, ésos son los impíos. "
