41.16.فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيحاً صَرْصَراً فِي أَيَّامٍ نَّحِسَاتٍ لِّنُذِيقَهُمْ عَذَابَ الْخِزْيِ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَخْزَى وَهُمْ لَا يُنصَرُونَ

41.16 . Therefor We let loose on them a raging wind in evil days , that We might make them taste the torment of disgrace in the life of the world . And verily the doom of the Hereafter will be more shameful , and they will not be helped .

41.16. Faarsalna AAalayhim reehan sarsaran fee ayyamin nahisatin linutheeqahum AAathaba alkhizyi fee alhayati alddunya walaAAathabu al-akhirati akhza wahum la yunsaroona

41.16. Enviamos contra ellos un viento, glacial en días nefastos, para hacerles gustar el castigo de la ignominia en la vida de acá. Pero el castigo de la otra vida es aún más ignominioso y no serán auxiliados.

41.17.وَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَهَدَيْنَاهُمْ فَاسْتَحَبُّوا الْعَمَى عَلَى الْهُدَى فَأَخَذَتْهُمْ صَاعِقَةُ الْعَذَابِ الْهُونِ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ

41.17 . And as for Thamud , We gave them guidance , but they preferred blindness to the guidance , so the bolt of the doom of humiliation overtook them because of what they used to earn .

41.17. Waamma thamoodu fahadaynahum faistahabboo alAAama AAala alhuda faakhathat-hum saAAiqatu alAAathabi alhooni bima kanoo yaksiboona

41.17. Y en cuanto a los tamudeos, les dirigimos, pero prefirieron la ceguera a la Dirección, y el Rayo del castigo degradante les sorprendió por lo que habían cometido.

41.18.وَنَجَّيْنَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَكَانُوا يَتَّقُونَ

41.18 . And We delivered those who believed and used to keep their duty to Allah .

41.18. Wanajjayna allatheena amanoo wakanoo yattaqoona

41.18. Y salvamos a los que creían y temían a Alá.

41.19.وَيَوْمَ يُحْشَرُ أَعْدَاء اللَّهِ إِلَى النَّارِ فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ

41.19 . And ( make mention of ) the day when the enemies of Allah are gathered unto the Fire , they are driven on

41.19. Wayawma yuhsharu aAAdao Allahi ila alnnari fahum yoozaAAoona

41.19. El día que los enemigos de Alá sean congregados hacia el Fuego, serán divididos en grupos.

41.20.حَتَّى إِذَا مَا جَاؤُوهَا شَهِدَ عَلَيْهِمْ سَمْعُهُمْ وَأَبْصَارُهُمْ وَجُلُودُهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

41.20 . Till , when they reach it , their ears and their eyes and their skins testify against them as to what they used to do .

41.20. Hatta itha ma jaooha shahida AAalayhim samAAuhum waabsaruhum wajulooduhum bima kanoo yaAAmaloona

41.20. Hasta que, llegados a él, sus oídos, sus ojos y su piel atestiguarán contra ellos de sus obras.
