4.11.يُوصِيكُمُ اللّهُ فِي أَوْلاَدِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الأُنثَيَيْنِ فَإِن كُنَّ نِسَاء فَوْقَ اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُنَّ ثُلُثَا مَا تَرَكَ وَإِن كَانَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَلَهَا النِّصْفُ وَلأَبَوَيْهِ لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا السُّدُسُ مِمَّا تَرَكَ إِن كَانَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ فَإِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلَدٌ وَوَرِثَهُ أَبَوَاهُ فَلأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ فَإِن كَانَ لَهُ إِخْوَةٌ فَلأُمِّهِ السُّدُسُ مِن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصِي بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ آبَآؤُكُمْ وَأَبناؤُكُمْ لاَ تَدْرُونَ أَيُّهُمْ أَقْرَبُ لَكُمْ نَفْعاً فَرِيضَةً مِّنَ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلِيما حَكِيماً

4.11 . Allah chargeth you concerning ( the provision for ) your children : to the male the equivalent of the portion of two females , and if there be women more than two , then theirs is two-thirds of the inheritance , and if there be one ( only ) then the half . And to his parents a sixth of the inheritance , if he have a son ; and if he have no son and his parents are his heirs , then to his mother appertaineth the third ; and if he have brethren , then to his mother appertaineth the sixth , after any legacy he may have bequeathed , or debt ( hath been paid ) . Your parents or your children : Ye know not which of them is nearer unto you in usefulness . It is an injunction from Allah . Lo! Allah is Knower , rise .

4.11. Yooseekumu Allahu fee awladikum lilththakari mithlu haththi alonthayayni fa-in kunna nisaan fawqa ithnatayni falahunna thulutha ma taraka wa-in kanat wahidatan falaha alnnisfu wali-abawayhi likulli wahidin minhuma alssudusu mimma taraka in kana lahu waladun fa-in lam yakun lahu waladun wawarithahu abawahu fali-ommihi alththuluthu fa-in kana lahu ikhwatun fali-ommihi alssudusu min baAAdi wasiyyatin yoosee biha aw daynin abaokum waabnaokum la tadroona ayyuhum aqrabu lakum nafAAan fareedatan mina Allahi inna Allaha kana AAaleeman hakeeman

4.11. Alá os ordena lo siguiente en lo que toca a vuestros hijos: que la porción del varón equivalga a la de dos hembras. Si éstas son más de dos, les corresponderán dos tercios de la herencia. Si es hija única. la mitad. A cada uno de los padres le corresponderá un sexto de la herencia, si deja hijos, pero, si no tiene hijos y le heredan sólo sus padres, un tercio es para la madre. Si tiene hermanos, un sexto es para la madre. Esto, luego de satisfacer sus legados o deudas. De vuestros ascendientes o descendientes no sabéis quiénes os son más útiles. Ésta es obligación de Alá. Alá es omnisciente, sabio.

4.12.وَلَكُمْ نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ أَزْوَاجُكُمْ إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهُنَّ وَلَدٌ فَإِن كَانَ لَهُنَّ وَلَدٌ فَلَكُمُ الرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْنَ مِن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصِينَ بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ وَلَهُنَّ الرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُمْ إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّكُمْ وَلَدٌ فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ وَلَدٌ فَلَهُنَّ الثُّمُنُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُم مِّن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ تُوصُونَ بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ وَإِن كَانَ رَجُلٌ يُورَثُ كَلاَلَةً أَو امْرَأَةٌ وَلَهُ أَخٌ أَوْ أُخْتٌ فَلِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا السُّدُسُ فَإِن كَانُوَاْ أَكْثَرَ مِن ذَلِكَ فَهُمْ شُرَكَاء فِي الثُّلُثِ مِن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصَى بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ غَيْرَ مُضَآرٍّ وَصِيَّةً مِّنَ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَلِيمٌ

4.12 . And unto you belongeth a half of that which your wives leave , if they have no child ; but if they have a child then unto you the fourth of that which they leave , after any legacy they may have bequeathed , or debt ( they may have contracted , hath been paid ) . And unto them belongeth the fourth of that which ye leave if ye have no child , but if ye have a child then the eighth of that which ye leave , after any legacy ye may have bequeathed , or debt ( ye may have contracted , hath been paid ) . And if a man or a woman have a distant heir ( having left neither parent nor child ) , and he ( or she ) have a brother or a sister ( only on the mother ' s side ) then to each of them twain ( the brother and the sister ) the sixth , and if they be more than two , then they shall be sharers in the third , after any legacy that may have been bequeathed or debt ( contracted ) not injuring ( the heirs by willing away more than a third of the heritage ) hath been paid . A commandment from Allah . Allah is knower , Indulgent .

4.12. Walakum nisfu ma taraka azwajukum in lam yakun lahunna waladun fa-in kana lahunna waladun falakumu alrrubuAAu mimma tarakna min baAAdi wasiyyatin yooseena biha aw daynin walahunna alrrubuAAu mimma taraktum in lam yakun lakum waladun fa-in kana lakum waladun falahunna alththumunu mimma taraktum min baAAdi wasiyyatin toosoona biha aw daynin wa-in kana rajulun yoorathu kalalatan awi imraatun walahu akhun aw okhtun falikulli wahidin minhuma alssudusu fa-in kanoo akthara min thalika fahum shurakao fee alththuluthi min baAAdi wasiyyatin yoosa biha aw daynin ghayra mudarrin wasiyyatan mina Allahi waAllahu AAaleemun haleemun

4.12. A vosotros os corresponde la mitad de lo que dejen vuestras esposas si no tienen hijos. Si tienen, os corresponde un cuarto. Esto, luego de satisfacer sus legados o deudas. Si no tenéis hijos, a ellas les corresponde un cuarto de lo que dejéis. Si tenéis, un octavo de lo que dejéis. Esto. luego de satisfacer vuestros legados o deudas. Si los herederos de un hombre o de una mujer son parientes colaterales y le sobrevive un hermano o una hermana, entonces, les corresponde, a cada uno de los dos, un sexto. Si son más, participarán del tercio de la herencia, luego de satisfacer los legados o deudas, sin dañar a nadie. Ésta es disposición de Alá. Alá es omnisciente, benigno.

4.13.تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللّهِ وَمَن يُطِعِ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ يُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا وَذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ

4.13 . These are the limits ( imposed by ) Allah . Whoso obeyeth Allah and His messenger , He will make him enter Gardens underneath which rivers flow , where such will dwell for ever . That will be the great success .

4.13. Tilka hudoodu Allahi waman yutiAAi Allaha warasoolahu yudkhilhu jannatin tajree min tahtiha al-anharu khalideena feeha wathalika alfawzu alAAatheemu

4.13. Éstas son las leyes de Alá. A quien obedezca a Alá y a Su Enviado, Él le introducirá en jardines por cuyos bajos fluyen arroyos, en los que estarán eternamente. ¡Éste es el éxito grandioso!

4.14.وَمَن يَعْصِ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَهُ يُدْخِلْهُ نَاراً خَالِداً فِيهَا وَلَهُ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ

4.14 . And whoso disobeyeth Allah and His messenger and transgresseth His limits , He will make him enter Fire , where such will dwell for ever ; his will be a shameful doom .

4.14. Waman yaAAsi Allaha warasoolahu wayataAAadda hudoodahu yudkhilhu naran khalidan feeha walahu AAathabun muheenun

4.14. A quien, al contrario, desobedezca a Alá y a Su Enviado y viole Sus leyes. Él le introducirá en un Fuego, eternamente. Tendrá un castigo humillante.

4.15.وَاللاَّتِي يَأْتِينَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مِن نِّسَآئِكُمْ فَاسْتَشْهِدُواْ عَلَيْهِنَّ أَرْبَعةً مِّنكُمْ فَإِن شَهِدُواْ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ فِي الْبُيُوتِ حَتَّىَ يَتَوَفَّاهُنَّ الْمَوْتُ أَوْ يَجْعَلَ اللّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً

4.15 . As for those of your women who are guilty of lewdness , call to witness four of you against them . And if they testify ( to the truth of the allegation ) then confine them to the houses until death take them or ( until ) Allah appoint for them a way ( through new legislation ) .

4.15. Waallatee ya/teena alfahishata min nisa-ikum faistashhidoo AAalayhinna arbaAAatan minkum fa-in shahidoo faamsikoohunna fee albuyooti hatta yatawaffahunna almawtu aw yajAAala Allahu lahunna sabeelan

4.15. Llamad a cuatro testigos de vosotros contra aquéllas de vuestras mujeres que cometan deshonestidad. Si atestiguan, recluidlas en casa hasta que mueran o hasta que Alá les procure una salida.
