35.36.وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَهُمْ نَارُ جَهَنَّمَ لَا يُقْضَى عَلَيْهِمْ فَيَمُوتُوا وَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُم مِّنْ عَذَابِهَا كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي كُلَّ كَفُورٍ

35.36 . But as for those who disbelieve , for them is fire of hell ; it taketh not complete effect upon them so that they can die , nor is its torment lightened for them . Thus We punish every ingrate .

35.36. Waallatheena kafaroo lahum naru jahannama la yuqda AAalayhim fayamootoo wala yukhaffafu AAanhum min AAathabiha kathalika najzee kulla kafoorin

35.36. Los infieles, en cambio, sufrirán el fuego de la gehena. Agonizarán sin acabar de morir y no se les aliviará su castigo. Así retribuimos a todo desagradecido.

35.37.وَهُمْ يَصْطَرِخُونَ فِيهَا رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا نَعْمَلْ صَالِحاً غَيْرَ الَّذِي كُنَّا نَعْمَلُ أَوَلَمْ نُعَمِّرْكُم مَّا يَتَذَكَّرُ فِيهِ مَن تَذَكَّرَ وَجَاءكُمُ النَّذِيرُ فَذُوقُوا فَمَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِن نَّصِيرٍ

35.37 . And they cry for help there , ( saying ) : Our Lord! Release us ; we will do right , not ( the wrong ) that we used to do . Did not We grant you a life long enough for who reflected to reflect therein? And the warner came unto you . Now taste ( the flavor of your deeds ) , for evil doers have no helper .

35.37. Wahum yastarikhoona feeha rabbana akhrijna naAAmal salihan ghayra allathee kunna naAAmalu awa lam nuAAammirkum ma yatathakkaru feehi man tathakkara wajaakumu alnnatheeru fathooqoo fama lilththalimeena min naseerin

35.37. " Gritarán allí: ""¡Señor! ¡Sácanos y obraremos bien, no como solíamos hacer!"". ""¿Es que no os dimos una vida suficientemente larga como para que se dejara amonestar quien quisiera? El monitor vino a vosotros... ¡Gustad, pues! Los impíos no tendrán quien les auxilie"". "

35.38.إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَالِمُ غَيْبِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ

35.38 . Lo! Allah is the knower of the Unseen of the heavens and the earth . Lo! He is Aware of the secret of ( men ' s ) breasts .

35.38. Inna Allaha AAalimu ghaybi alssamawati waal-ardi innahu AAaleemun bithati alssudoori

35.38. Alá es el Conocedor de lo oculto de los cielos y de la tierra. Él sabe bien lo que encierran los pechos.

35.39.هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَكُمْ خَلَائِفَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَمَن كَفَرَ فَعَلَيْهِ كُفْرُهُ وَلَا يَزِيدُ الْكَافِرِينَ كُفْرُهُمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَّا مَقْتاً وَلَا يَزِيدُ الْكَافِرِينَ كُفْرُهُمْ إِلَّا خَسَاراً

35.39 . He it is who hath made you regents in the earth ; so he who disbelieveth , his disbelief be on his own head . Their disbelief increaseth for the disbelievers , in their Lord ' s sight , naught save abhorrence . Their disbelief increaseth for the disbelievers naught save loss .

35.39. Huwa allathee jaAAalakum khala-ifa fee al-ardi faman kafara faAAalayhi kufruhu wala yazeedu alkafireena kufruhum AAinda rabbihim illa maqtan wala yazeedu alkafireena kufruhum illa khasaran

35.39. Él es Quien os ha hecho sucesores en la tierra. Quien no crea, sufrirá las consecuencias de su incredulidad. La incredulidad servirá sólo para hacer a los infieles más aborrecibles ante su Señor. La incredulidad servirá sólo para perder más a los infieles.

35.40.قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ شُرَكَاءكُمُ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ أَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقُوا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ أَمْ لَهُمْ شِرْكٌ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ أَمْ آتَيْنَاهُمْ كِتَاباً فَهُمْ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِّنْهُ بَلْ إِن يَعِدُ الظَّالِمُونَ بَعْضُهُم بَعْضاً إِلَّا غُرُوراً

35.40 . Say : Have ye seen your partner gods to whom ye pray beside Allah? Show me what they created of the earth! Or have they any portion in the heavens? Or have We given them a Scripture so that they act on clear proof therefrom? Nay , the evil doers promise one another only to deceive .

35.40. Qul araaytum shurakaakumu allatheena tadAAoona min dooni Allahi aroonee matha khalaqoo mina al-ardi am lahum shirkun fee alssamawati am ataynahum kitaban fahum AAala bayyinatin minhu bal in yaAAidu alththalimoona baAAduhum baAAdan illa ghurooran

35.40. " Di: ""¿Veis a vuestros asociados, a los que invocáis en lugar de invocar a Alá? Mostradme qué han creado de la tierra o si tienen participación en los cielos. O ¿les hemos dado una Escritura, en cuya prueba clara puedan basarse?"" ¡No! Las promesas que los impíos se hacen mutuamente no son sino falacias. "
