34.31.وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَن نُّؤْمِنَ بِهَذَا الْقُرْآنِ وَلَا بِالَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذِ الظَّالِمُونَ مَوْقُوفُونَ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ يَرْجِعُ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ الْقَوْلَ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا لَوْلَا أَنتُمْ لَكُنَّا مُؤْمِنِينَ

34.31 . And those who disbelieve say : We believe not in this Quran nor in that which was before it ; but oh , if thou couldst see , when the wrong doers are brought up before their Lord , how they cast the blame one to another ; how those who were despised ( in the earth ) say unto those who were proud : But for you , we should have been believers .

34.31. Waqala allatheena kafaroo lan nu/mina bihatha alqur-ani wala biallathee bayna yadayhi walaw tara ithi alththalimoona mawqoofoona AAinda rabbihim yarjiAAu baAAduhum ila baAAdin alqawla yaqoolu allatheena istudAAifoo lillatheena istakbaroo lawla antum lakunna mu/mineena

34.31. " Los infieles dicen: ""No creemos en este Corán ni en sus precedentes"". Si pudieras ver a los impíos, de pie ante su Señor, recriminándose unos a otros. Los que fueron débiles dirán a los que fueron altivos: ""Si no llega a ser por vosotros, habríamos creído"". "

34.32.قَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا لِلَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا أَنَحْنُ صَدَدْنَاكُمْ عَنِ الْهُدَى بَعْدَ إِذْ جَاءكُم بَلْ كُنتُم مُّجْرِمِينَ

34.32 . And those who were proud say unto those who were despised : Did we drive you away from the guidance after it had come unto you? Nay , but ye were guilty .

34.32. Qala allatheena istakbaroo lillatheena istudAAifoo anahnu sadadnakum AAani alhuda baAAda ith jaakum bal kuntum mujrimeena

34.32. " Los que fueron altivos dirán a los que fueron débiles: ""¿Somos, acaso, nosotros los que os desviaron de la Dirección cuando se os indicó ésta? ¡No, fuisteis culpables!"" "

34.33.وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا بَلْ مَكْرُ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ إِذْ تَأْمُرُونَنَا أَن نَّكْفُرَ بِاللَّهِ وَنَجْعَلَ لَهُ أَندَاداً وَأَسَرُّوا النَّدَامَةَ لَمَّا رَأَوُا الْعَذَابَ وَجَعَلْنَا الْأَغْلَالَ فِي أَعْنَاقِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا هَلْ يُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

34.33 . Those who were despised say unto those who were proud : Nay but ( it was your ) scheming night and day , when ye commanded us to disbelieve in Allah and set up rivals unto Him . And they are filled with remorse when they behold the doom ; and We place carcans on the necks of those who disbelieved . Are they requited aught save what they did?

34.33. Waqala allatheena istudAAifoo lillatheena istakbaroo bal makru allayli waalnnahari ith ta/muroonana an nakfura biAllahi wanajAAala lahu andadan waasarroo alnnadamata lamma raawoo alAAathaba wajaAAalna al-aghlala fee aAAnaqi allatheena kafaroo hal yujzawna illa ma kanoo yaAAmaloona

34.33. " Los que fueron débiles dirán a los que fueron altivos: ""¡No!, que fueron vuestras maquinaciones de noche y de día, cuando nos instabais a que no creyéramos en Alá y a que Le atribuyéramos iguales..."" Y, cuando vean el castigo, disimularán su pena. Pondremos argollas al cuello de los que no hayan creído. ¿Serán retribuidos por otra cosa que por lo que hicieron? "

34.34.وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا فِي قَرْيَةٍ مِّن نَّذِيرٍ إِلَّا قَالَ مُتْرَفُوهَا إِنَّا بِمَا أُرْسِلْتُم بِهِ كَافِرُونَ

34.34 . And We sent not unto any township a warner , but its pampered ones declared : Lo! we are disbelievers in that which ye bring unto Us .

34.34. Wama arsalna fee qaryatin min natheerin illa qala mutrafooha inna bima orsiltum bihi kafiroona

34.34. " No hemos enviado monitor a una ciudad que no dijeran sus ricos: ""No creemos en vuestro mensaje"". "

34.35.وَقَالُوا نَحْنُ أَكْثَرُ أَمْوَالاً وَأَوْلَاداً وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ

34.35 . And they say : We are more ( than you ) in wealth and children . We are not the punished!

34.35. Waqaloo nahnu aktharu amwalan waawladan wama nahnu bimuAAaththabeena

34.35. " Y que no dijeran: ""Nosotros tenemos más hacienda e hijos. No se nos castigará"". "
