31.11.هَذَا خَلْقُ اللَّهِ فَأَرُونِي مَاذَا خَلَقَ الَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِ بَلِ الظَّالِمُونَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ

31.11 . This is the Creation of Allah . Now show me that which those ( ye worship ) beside Him have created . Nay , but the wrong doers are in error manifest!

31.11. Hatha khalqu Allahi faaroonee matha khalaqa allatheena min doonihi bali alththalimoona fee dalalin mubeenin

31.11. Ésta es la creación de Alá. ¡Mostradme, pues, qué han creado los otros dioses que hay fuera de Él! Sí, los impíos están evidentemente extraviados.

31.12.وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا لُقْمَانَ الْحِكْمَةَ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِلَّهِ وَمَن يَشْكُرْ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ

31.12 . And verily We gave Luqman wisdom , saying : Give thanks unto Allah ; and whosoever giveth thanks , he giveth thanks for ( the good of ) his soul . And whosoever refuseth Lo! Allah is Absolute , Owner of Praise .

31.12. Walaqad atayna luqmana alhikmata ani oshkur lillahi waman yashkur fa-innama yashkuru linafsihi waman kafara fa-inna Allaha ghaniyyun hameedun

31.12. " Dimos a Luqmán la sabiduría: ""¡Sé agradecido con Alá! Quien es agradecido lo es, en realidad, en provecho propio. Quien es desagradecido... Alá Se basta a Sí mismo, es digno de alabanza"". "

31.13.وَإِذْ قَالَ لُقْمَانُ لِابْنِهِ وَهُوَ يَعِظُهُ يَا بُنَيَّ لَا تُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّ الشِّرْكَ لَظُلْمٌ عَظِيمٌ

31.13 . And ( remember ) when Luqman said unto his son , when he was exhorting him : O my dear son! Ascribe no partners unto Allah . Lo! to ascribe partners ( unto Him ) is a tremendous wrong

31.13. Wa-ith qala luqmanu liibnihi wahuwa yaAAithuhu ya bunayya la tushrik biAllahi inna alshshirka lathulmun AAatheemun

31.13. " Y cuando Luqmán amonestó a su hijo, diciéndole: ""¡Hijito! ¡No asocies a Alá otros dioses, que la asociación es una impiedad enorme!"". "

31.14.وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ وَهْناً عَلَى وَهْنٍ وَفِصَالُهُ فِي عَامَيْنِ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيْكَ إِلَيَّ الْمَصِيرُ

31.14 . And We have enjoined upon man concerning his parents . His mother beareth him in weakness upon weakness , and his weaning is in two years . Give thanks unto Me and unto thy parents . Unto Me is the journeying .

31.14. Wawassayna al-insana biwalidayhi hamalat-hu ommuhu wahnan AAala wahnin wafisaluhu fee AAamayni ani oshkur lee waliwalidayka ilayya almaseeru

31.14. " Hemos ordenado al hombre con respecto a sus padres -su madre le llevó sufriendo pena tras pena y le destetó a los dos años-: ""Sé agradecido conmigo y con tus padres. ¡Soy Yo el fin de todo! "

31.15.وَإِن جَاهَدَاكَ عَلى أَن تُشْرِكَ بِي مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ فَلَا تُطِعْهُمَا وَصَاحِبْهُمَا فِي الدُّنْيَا مَعْرُوفاً وَاتَّبِعْ سَبِيلَ مَنْ أَنَابَ إِلَيَّ ثُمَّ إِلَيَّ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

31.15 . But if they strive with thee to make thee ascribe unto Me as partner that of which thou hast no knowledge , then obey them not . Consort with them in the world kindly , and follow the path of him who repenteth unto Me . Then unto Me will be your return , and I shall tell you what ye used to do .

31.15. Wa-in jahadaka AAala an tushrika bee ma laysa laka bihi AAilmun fala tutiAAhuma wasahibhuma fee alddunya maAAroofan waittabiAA sabeela man anaba ilayya thumma ilayya marjiAAukum faonabbi-okum bima kuntum taAAmaloona

31.15. " Pero, si te insisten en que Me asocies aquello de que no tienes conocimiento, ¡no les obedezcas! En la vida de acá ¡pórtate amablemente con ellos! ¡Sigue el camino de quien vuelve a Mí arrepentido! Luego, volveréis a Mí y ya os informaré de lo que hacíais"". "
