24.16.وَلَوْلَا إِذْ سَمِعْتُمُوهُ قُلْتُم مَّا يَكُونُ لَنَا أَن نَّتَكَلَّمَ بِهَذَا سُبْحَانَكَ هَذَا بُهْتَانٌ عَظِيمٌ

24.16 . Wherefore , when ye heard it , said ye not : It is not for us to speak of this . Glory be to Thee ( O Allah ) ; This is awful calumny .

24.16. Walawla ith samiAAtumoohu qultum ma yakoonu lana an natakallama bihatha subhanaka hatha buhtanun AAatheemun

24.16. " Cuando lo habéis oído, ¿por qué no habéis dicho: ""¡No tenemos que hablar de eso! ¡Gloria a Ti! ¡Es una calumnia enorme!""? "

24.17.يَعِظُكُمُ اللَّهُ أَن تَعُودُوا لِمِثْلِهِ أَبَداً إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ

24.17 . Allah admonisheth you that ye repeat not the like thereof ever , if ye are ( in truth ) believers .

24.17. YaAAithukumu Allahu an taAAoodoo limithlihi abadan in kuntum mu/mineena

24.17. Alá os exhorta, si sois creyentes, a que nunca reincidáis.

24.18.وَيُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

24.18 . And He expoundeth unto you His revelations . Allah is knower , Wise .

24.18. Wayubayyinu Allahu lakumu al-ayati waAllahu AAaleemun hakeemun

24.18. Alá os aclara las aleyas. Alá es omnisciente, sabio.

24.19.إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحِبُّونَ أَن تَشِيعَ الْفَاحِشَةُ فِي الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ

24.19 . Lo! those who love that slander should be spread concerning those who believe , theirs will be a painful punishment in the world and the Hereafter . Allah knoweth . Ye know not .

24.19. Inna allatheena yuhibboona an tasheeAAa alfahishatu fee allatheena amanoo lahum AAathabun aleemun fee alddunya waal-akhirati waAllahu yaAAlamu waantum la taAAlamoona

24.19. Quienes deseen que se extienda la torpeza entre los creyentes, tendrán un castigo doloroso en la vida de acá y en la otra. Alá sabe, mientras que vosotros no sabéis.

24.20.وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ وَأَنَّ اللَّه رَؤُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ

24.20 . Had it not been for the grace of Allah and His mercy unto you , and that Allah is Clement , Merciful , ( ye ad been undone ) .

24.20. Walawla fadlu Allahi AAalaykum warahmatuhu waanna Allaha raoofun raheemun

24.20. Si no llega a ser por el favor de Alá y Su misericordia para con vosotros y porque Alá es manso, misericordioso...
