18.51.مَا أَشْهَدتُّهُمْ خَلْقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَا خَلْقَ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا كُنتُ مُتَّخِذَ الْمُضِلِّينَ عَضُداً

18.51 . I made them not to witness the creation of the heavens and the earth , nor their own creation ; nor choose I misleaders for ( My ) helpers .

18.51. Ma ashhadtuhum khalqa alssamawati waal-ardi wala khalqa anfusihim wama kuntu muttakhitha almudilleena AAadudan

18.51. No les he puesto como testigos de la creación de los cielos y de la tierra ni de su propia creación, ni he tomado como auxiliares a los que extravían a otros.

18.52.وَيَوْمَ يَقُولُ نَادُوا شُرَكَائِيَ الَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُمْ فَدَعَوْهُمْ فَلَمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا لَهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَا بَيْنَهُم مَّوْبِقاً

18.52 . And ( be mindful of ) the Day when He will say : Call those partners of Mine whom ye pretended . Then they will cry unto them , but they will not hear their prayer , and We shall set a gulf of doom between them .

18.52. Wayawma yaqoolu nadoo shuraka-iya allatheena zaAAamtum fadaAAawhum falam yastajeeboo lahum wajaAAalna baynahum mawbiqan

18.52. " El día que diga: ""¡Llamad a aquéllos que pretendíais que eran Mis asociados!"", les invocarán, pero no les ecucharán. Pondremos un abismo entre ellos. "

18.53.وَرَأَى الْمُجْرِمُونَ النَّارَ فَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُم مُّوَاقِعُوهَا وَلَمْ يَجِدُوا عَنْهَا مَصْرِفاً

18.53 . And the guilty behold the Fire and know that they are about to fall therein , and they find no way of escape thence :

18.53. Waraa almujrimoona alnnara fathannoo annahum muwaqiAAooha walam yajidoo AAanha masrifan

18.53. Los pecadores verán el Fuego y creerán que se precipitan en él, sin encontrar modo de escapar.

18.54.وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَا فِي هَذَا الْقُرْآنِ لِلنَّاسِ مِن كُلِّ مَثَلٍ وَكَانَ الْإِنسَانُ أَكْثَرَ شَيْءٍ جَدَلاً

18.54 . And verily We have displayed for mankind in this Quran all manner of similitudes , but man is more than anything contentious .

18.54. Walaqad sarrafna fee hatha alqur-ani lilnnasi min kulli mathalin wakana al-insanu akthara shay-in jadalan

18.54. En este Corán hemos expuesto a los hombres toda clase de ejemplos, pero el hombre es, de todos los seres, el más discutidor.

18.55.وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ أَن يُؤْمِنُوا إِذْ جَاءهُمُ الْهُدَى وَيَسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّهُمْ إِلَّا أَن تَأْتِيَهُمْ سُنَّةُ الْأَوَّلِينَ أَوْ يَأْتِيَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ قُبُلاً

18.55 . And naught hindereth mankind from believing when the guidance cometh unto them , and from asking for forgiveness of their Lord , unless ( it be that they wish ) that the judgment of the men of old should come upon them or ( that ) they should be confronted with the Doom .

18.55. Wama manaAAa alnnasa an yu/minoo ith jaahumu alhuda wayastaghfiroo rabbahum illa an ta/tiyahum sunnatu al-awwaleena aw ya/tiyahumu alAAathabu qubulan

18.55. Lo único que impide a los hombres creer cuando les llega la Dirección y pedir el perdón de su Señor, es el no admitir que les alcanzará la misma suerte que a los antiguos o que deberán afrontar el castigo.
