Abdellah Bouanou, the head of the Justice and Development Party's parliamentary group, has requested to speak under Article 163 of the House of Representatives' internal regulations on an urgent matter during the upcoming weekly session dedicated to oral questions, scheduled for Monday, June 2, 2025.
According to Bouanou's request, the issue concerns «the issuance of forged certification diplomas to engineers at the National School of Applied Sciences in Oujda».
He mentioned that some media outlets reported that the National School of Applied Sciences in Oujda granted certificates to students who were studying in Paris between 2019 and 2024, despite not having pursued any academic studies or training at the mentioned school and without having taken any exams.
