Aziz Akhannouch strengthens Morocco-China ties with RNI and Communist Party meeting

Aziz Akhannouch, president of the National Rally of Independents (RNI), met on Monday at the party's headquarters in Rabat with Li Shulei, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

The meeting, attended by several RNI leaders, was part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the party’s partnerships with political groups around the world, in line with its engagement in parallel diplomacy.

During the talks, Akhannouch praised the strong and mutually respectful relations between Morocco and China, under the leadership of King Mohammed VI and President Xi Jinping.

The discussion also covered major projects and reforms underway in Morocco, particularly the strengthening of the social state and the promotion of economic development, which are helping to position the country as an attractive destination for investment.
