34.41.قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ أَنتَ وَلِيُّنَا مِن دُونِهِم بَلْ كَانُوا يَعْبُدُونَ الْجِنَّ أَكْثَرُهُم بِهِم مُّؤْمِنُونَ

34.41 . They will say : Be Thou glorified . Thou art our Protector from them! Nay , but they worshipped the jinn ; most of them were believers in them .

34.41. Qaloo subhanaka anta waliyyuna min doonihim bal kanoo yaAAbudoona aljinna aktharuhum bihim mu/minoona

34.41. " Dirán: ""¡Gloria a Ti! Tú eres nuestro Amigo, no ellos. ¡No! Ellos servían a los genios, en los que la mayoría creían"". "

34.42.فَالْيَوْمَ لَا يَمْلِكُ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ نَّفْعاً وَلَا ضَرّاً وَنَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ

34.42 . That day ye will possess no Use nor hurt one for another . And We shall say unto those who did wrong : Taste the doom of the Fire which ye used to deny .

34.42. Faalyawma la yamliku baAAdukum libaAAdin nafAAan wala darran wanaqoolu lillatheena thalamoo thooqoo AAathaba alnnari allatee kuntum biha tukaththiboona

34.42. " Ese día no podréis ya aprovecharos ni dañaros unos a otros. Y diremos a los impíos: ""¡Gustad el castigo del Fuego que desmentíais!"" "

34.43.وَإِذَا تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ قَالُوا مَا هَذَا إِلَّا رَجُلٌ يُرِيدُ أَن يَصُدَّكُمْ عَمَّا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُكُمْ وَقَالُوا مَا هَذَا إِلَّا إِفْكٌ مُّفْتَرًى وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِلْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاءهُمْ إِنْ هَذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ

34.43 . And if Our revelations are recited unto them in plain terms , they say : This is naught else than a man who would turn you away from what your fathers used to worship ; and they say : This is naught else than an invented lie . Those who disbelieve say of the truth when it reacheth them : This is naught else than mere magic .

34.43. Wa-itha tutla AAalayhim ayatuna bayyinatin qaloo ma hatha illa rajulun yureedu an yasuddakum AAamma kana yaAAbudu abaokum waqaloo ma hatha illa ifkun muftaran waqala allatheena kafaroo lilhaqqi lamma jaahum in hatha illa sihrun mubeenun

34.43. " Y cuando se les recitan Nuestras aleyas como pruebas claras, dicen: ""éste no es sino un hombre que quiere apartaros de lo que vuestros padres servían"". Y dicen: ""Esto no es sino una mentira inventada"". Y de la Verdad, luego que ha venido ésta a ellos, dicen los infieles: ""¡Esto no es sino manifiesta magia!"" "

34.44.وَمَا آتَيْنَاهُم مِّن كُتُبٍ يَدْرُسُونَهَا وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَيْهِمْ قَبْلَكَ مِن نَّذِيرٍ

34.44 . And We have given them no Scriptures which they study , nor sent We unto them , before thee , any warner .

34.44. Wama ataynahum min kutubin yadrusoonaha wama arsalna ilayhim qablaka min natheerin

34.44. No les dimos ningunas Escrituras que estudiaran, ni les enviamos a ningún monitor antes de ti.

34.45.وَكَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَمَا بَلَغُوا مِعْشَارَ مَا آتَيْنَاهُمْ فَكَذَّبُوا رُسُلِي فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ

34.45 . Those before them denied , and these have not attained a tithe of that which We bestowed on them ( of old ) ; yet they denied My messengers . How intense then was My abhorrence ( of them ) !

34.45. Wakaththaba allatheena min qablihim wama balaghoo miAAshara ma ataynahum fakaththaboo rusulee fakayfa kana nakeeri

34.45. Sus antecesores desmintieron y no han obtenido ni la décima parte de lo que dimos a aquéllos, que desmintieron, no obstante, a Mis enviados. Y ¡cuál no fue Mi reprobación!
